I don't even know where to begin. My husband and I interviewed with multiple clinics in the city, we didn't want to just go with the first option like we did for our initial round of IVF. For our second round, after several interviews, we decided to move forward with Generation Next Fertility. The main reason was Dr. Hade. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, something we hadn't experienced elsewhere. Out of all the clinics we met with, he was the only one who suggested and performed genetic testing on us during the consultation which is a simple blood draw that no other clinic, not even our first IVF clinic, had ever recommended it. GNF was truly a great clinic, and we loved the staff. Lisa, the phlebotomist, was absolutely amazing, we adored her! Isabella was also fantastic with communication. Another thing that stood out to me was Dr. Hade's compassion and understanding regarding my chronic illness. He never judged, and that meant so much. Honestly, if it weren't for Dr. Hade, I don't think my husband and I would be holding our baby boy right now. A huge thank you to the entire GNF team you're all incredible. As for financing, everything was straightforward and I think it's because we paid cash and didn't deal with insurance, we never had any issues on that front. However, embryo storage at GNF is quite expensive, actually the most expensive of all the clinics we interviewed. About six months in, the storage fee increased for us. read more

Quality of care here was fine for my case. I am happy with my results and grateful that by doing this process we learned of a condition that would have caused problems for us conceiving. I can't say I loved my interactions with Dr. Luk. I think she is a fine RE but It was clear over time that she did not understand very much about our specific condition. When we asked specific questions she tended to deflect by explaining general concepts like we were 5 and not addressing our questions at all. We would have just appreciated if she just said I don't know and we would have just switched to a better fit clinic for further rounds. For what it is worth, The clinical director Dr Broussard was very helpful with our case and had much better bedside manner. The main reason for my review is the finance department. I don't usually leave negative reviews but it felt almost criminal to not warn others. My case required PGT-SR testing. I was quoted a very high amount going into this, which surprised me but I understood these tests are expensive. A few weeks later the lab had accidentally sent me my bill and I learned that the clinic had attempted to bill me over $12,000 in lab fees, which were in fact around $6,400. I pushed back and was told explicitly several times that the $12,000 was the correct amount and the lab invoice was in error. It wasn't until I cited state and federal laws that required them to present me with the bill that the director of operations called to share the actual costs with me and apologize for the grave "mistake" on their part. IVF is such a nightmare for any patient. Dealing with the unnecessary financial headache managed to be the worst part and I carry no ounce of trust left here. If it were a mistake it would take one email to double check and say my bad. I really don't think they had any intention to fix it if I wasn't persistent read more

I would never recommend this clinic. They did not have the patient's best interest at heart. Dr. Hade pushed me to go through IVF even though he knew I only had one egg to work with and that I had no issues with ovulation naturally--I release an egg every month like clockwork. He even tried to convince me that I would need a donor egg and an a major operation, otherwise I would never be able to carry a baby. He said that with such confidence that I believed him. Well, nature proved him wrong: I became pregnant naturally just two months later, carried to term without any complications, and delivered a healthy baby. Now, more than a year later, the clinic has suddenly sent me a random new bill asking for more money. There is no explanation of the service or breakdown of the cost whatsoever, it's just a completely random bill with a random amount. They just claim over the phone that it's for a service, that btw I already paid more than a year ago. This place is unprofessional and clearly only cares about profit, not patients. Very disappointing experience. read more

DO NOT USE this fertility clinic. We had a deeply disappointing experience, especially with Dr Luk. Not only that, but when we raised our genuine complaints about Dr Luk to them, they sent an aggressive legal letter to seek to threaten and bully us into silence. It is one thing to provide an extremely bad service to your patients (which we experienced), it is quite another to attack and threaten your patients after they raise this issue. Dr Luk seemed very unprofessional. Working with her was stressful and very challenging. She was frequently unavailable and rushed us when we did meet. She was extremely unclear in her instructions, and seemed uninvested and careless/non-diligent (missing several critical pieces of our fertility journey). On one occasion during an important phone call about treatment, she lost her cool and hung up on my wife and I without warning. We honestly couldn't believe it. She wouldn't even call us back. Our genuine impression was that her key priorities were increasing clinic profits and building her social media profile, ahead of caring for her patients' welfare. When we moved to a new clinic, it became clear to us just how poor her treatment and care was. It's a shame because some of the other staff at Gen Next were helpful and skilled. read more

I think on Yelp reviews are written by people who's never happy. I'd like to give 10 stars review to Generation Next Fertility. I have my baby girl only because of their professionalism and passion for making magic happen. I was with dr. Nejat but I saw all the doctors during my journey. The team there is extremely supportive and super sweet. Every step was clear and easy with them. I've got calls on time, my appointments were quick and efficient and I felt supportive from the beginning till the end. Future parents if you're looking for your miracle - go to this clinic and it's gonna happen. My baby is perfect and I'm so happy with my choice. read more

They are offering FREE AHM testing but they end up charging for the call you get from the doctor saying that your result are bad and you need to go back, basically trying to sell you more services, anyways this ends up NOT FREE at all. They will charge for the 5 min call but never send you any result documented. This is a really bad way to cheat to people. read more

In my experience, Generation Next operates like a business first and a health clinic last. I don't believe their level of service justifies the premium they charge. Quality of care is substandard from the doctors to the staff. I wish they cared enough to provide a decent level of customer service for what is a stressful situation for presumably all of their patients. read more

I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. I wanted to freeze my eggs, their prices were pretty competitive, the office was nice and clean and everything seemed very professional. Until I started asking questions. My emails were not responded to, I was denied an in person follow-up appointment with the doctor, i was told there were no risks of the procedure and that I was a good candidate. Since no one answered my questions I went to another specialist who said the exact opposite. Due to my condition the procedure was extremely high risk, my eggs were likely no good and therefore the entire process would've been useless and a waste of money. Not to mention Dr. Hade claimed to have seen 11 follicles in each ovary, yet when I obtained my records I saw he only documented 10 in total. He wrote down that I did not need an anesthesiology consult (which I in fact do as I have high BP). Some of the blood tests were done in house so really they could document whatever they want without verification. I'm glad they treated me poorly and acted so shady, it made me go elsewhere and I'm glad I did as clearly I would've just wasted my time and money with them. Beware!! Better to go somewhere a little pricier and feel confident that you are doing the right thing for yourself in a safe and considerate environment where the goal is you getting the desired result instead of them filling their pockets after giving false information and false hope! Edit: i'm so shocked by their response that i'm tempted to send the records they gave me to the OPMC/department of health and see what they think of them! I had bloodwork done and a urine test and those results are not even in the "complete set of records" i was given! I'm sure they'd also like to know the doctor lies about the number of follicles he sees and ignores significant cardiac issues to get women to proceed with risky procedures! read more

I'm writing this review in regards to efficiency, competency, and honesty of this clinic. -At times this clinic seems very unorganized, eg: Routine lab work is obviously required often. I was instructed to trigger with Ovidrel(this med causes b-hcg to spike), then IUI after. For some reason a b-hcg was ordered and drawn without my knowledge (like many labs until i view them on the portal), a clinical assistant calls me to congratulate me on my pregnancy. Another instance - I only had 1 embryo - a lab tech emailed me asking me which embryo to thaw....so were they looking at my eggs or someone else's? -For one of my FET transfers I was prescribed Crinone BID (twice a day). Since my prescription was BID i had to pay 2500 out of pocket. A few days later I receive instructions stating I only need it once a day. So now i just spent an extra 2k on meds i didn't need and they're just sitting in my closet. -After my last FET failed, I requested my medical records. I noted many inaccurate notes and falsifying of records. Eg: it noted that a Nurse Practitioner spoke to me, assessed me, and gathered relevant information. I have ONLY SPOKEN to MDs (Initial consult, IUI/Transfers) and the rest are either CLINICAL ASSISTANTS OR SCRIBES (98% of the time). These are individuals that have no medical training, they are not nurses, not in medical school to become doctors. No NP has ever spoken to me, only these scribes/clinical assistants. *I noted in the medical records that i was provided teaching prior to egg retrieval medications. This is untrue. During the "teaching session" of injection medications, i asked the clinical assistant what side effects should i look out for? I remember this as clear as day, she stated just "Swelling at the injection site." SO why is it in the medical records it states they educated me that it can cause OHSS, bleeding, infection, damage to ovaries (just to name a few). I was NEVER educated on any of this. *I had a endometrial biopsy done and I was told I had Chronic Endometritis. My husband(also an MD) and I opted for the triple antibiotic therapy. Dr. Luk agreed but stated I would not need a repeat biopsy because it should be cleared. In the medical records, DR. LUK's note stated that me and my husband refused the repeat biopsy. This is a BLATANT LIE. Would my FET transfer outcome been different if she repeated my biopsy? I'm writing this review to inform potential patients of this clinic. I wish i would have researched more into potential different clinics before coming here. read more

Dr Luk is absolutely ruthless, she only cares about making money off of you. She saw us for our first appointment for an IUI and then pushed us onto her clinical assistants for 8 months. We had to ask to see her and saw her 3 times in 8 months. We paid thousands for appointments. She never called to review results or cared. Eventually, the third appointment with her she pushed us to do IVF when there was no need to, we then "settled" on IUI. She was not involved and didn't personalize treatment. I would never go here again. Dr Seckin is a smart and capable doctor, if I had to do it all over at this clinic, I would have asked for her. read more

I came to GN after they were able to help my friend conceive last year. She succeeded at GN after many failed attempts at a big, expensive clinic here in Manhattan. My husband and I have been ttc for almost a decade (more aggressively so in the past few years) and in working with Drs Nejat and Luk and their amazing team for a year, we are pregnant! No one should assume that they're going to walk into a fertility clinic and the RE is going to magically make them pregnant overnight. The process can be very mentally, physically, and financially exhausting and the further you are in taking care of your own health (mental and physical), the more prepared you will be for the ups and downs. Over the years I made major changes to my lifestyle: reduced stress, better diet, weekly yoga, acupuncture (Lida Ahmady and Daniel Camburn in Soho are the best), and a strong support system. At 40, I was frustrated and impatient at first, but Dr. Nejat always had my best interests at heart. I didn't get the results I wanted *IMMEDIATELY* but trusting him helped me get to where I am today in a healthy way. GN also gives you the option of going to meetups with other couples/women going through fertility issues, which I appreciated very much because it did feel like an incredibly lonely journey sometimes. Thank you so so much to Drs Nejat and Luk, Juany, Valentina, all the nurses, assistants, and desk staff who always made me feel welcomed and supported. It was worth the wait! read more

Incredibly organized office. Nurses are friendly and prompt in answering Qs or sending you information.

I'm 38 this year, tried getting pregnant at home for 2 years and couldn't succeed. Dr Luk got me pregnant in 3 months without having to go through IVF. All the nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. Nancy, Ashley, Joshlyn...can't remember all their names but literally everyone cares(or seems to care) about their patients. The follow up service is very thorough, even the receptionist take great attention to detail and know you by your face at the 3rd visit. The wait is VERY SHORT. I've never having to wait for more than 15 minutes on every visit. And this office opens at 7am. It is SO convenient for us who work. Highly recommend. read more

I have been working with Dr. Luk, Dr. Nejat and the team of Gen Next since July 2018. Fertility/Infertility treatments are an emotional roller coaster ride. I am constantly thankful to not only have TWO doctors that are highly skilled, passionate and compassionate about their work. Dr. Luk and Nejat's work ethic transfers to all that work with them. The office is comprised of a team of technicians, front desk staff and finance people that do nothing but go out of their way to help. My journey is not yet complete with this amazing team. However, I will say that both Doctors customize a fertility plan that is just right FOR YOU. I came in with very low AMH numbers and after feeling devastated and afraid that they might not even take me, Dr. Luk gave me hope, stressing it is not quantity but "quality." Her positivity gave me hope and that is riding with me through this journey. So far, we conjured one blastocyst that has passed all pgs testing and is waiting for us:). As well as a natural pregnancy ( with the help of the meds Dr. Luk prescribed) that is in it's first trimester with fingers heavily crossed. There have been several downs along the road, and when they happened, Dr. Nejat's bedside manner and empathy was overwhelming. As was the front desk staff. You have to keep in mind that this is a very intense process, and for me, I am constantly thankful to have this team by my side! read more

Dr Luk and staff are really terrific! I had lots of different testing and questions and they all tried to help me along my journey. Dr Luk is very caring and wonderful and really wants the best for her patients. She is also incredibly intelligent. Keep in mind that sometimes she speaks very quickly but that is just her personality. read more

Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat made me pregnant twice. My first IVF journey took 3 cycles to get pregnant at age 36. I have never felt any stress or left alone during my treatment. Drs and nurses always respond my emails when I needed help. My 2nd baby challenge was started at age 41 and it took two cycles. the first cycle was basically fail at the point of creating eggs but they did credited lab fees to my next cycle because basically my eggs did not make to the point of fertilization which Was very thoughtful of them. Dr Luk changed protocol to mild stimulation on 2nd cycle which helped me a lot. It's just nice not to have many shots... It was felt like miracle that cycle was successful. I had 3 eggs and two made to blast. I put back one and now I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Every time you have failed cycles, painfull shots, a fear of miscarriage.. you have so many things to fight during treatment and after but this drs and nurses will never leave you alone unless you leave them. I would suggest whoever considering Please trust your doctor and follow the instructions. Plan your time and financially be ready for few tries so you don't feel stress when miracle does not happen. It was worth everything at the end of my journey. read more

Still the best fertility office in town and their new space is a delight to visit. How often can I say that about a doctor's office...uh, never have before this moment! I've been with Dr. Luk along w/ Dr. Neejat for almost a year now and I feel that they are very knowledgeable in their field and especially in cases of DOR. I've seen 2 different doctors prior to seeing Dr. Luk and was either misdiagnosed, pumped full of hormones that would've never worked w/ my issue or suggested that I move onto egg donors. I'm still going through my IVF journey but Dr. Luk has been the only doctor so far that has gotten me pregnant (unfortunately miscarried). This has given me hope and I plan on continuing w/ Dr. Luk until my body tells me no more. I appreciate meeting the doctors one on one and never feel like I am just a number at this facility. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Luk or Dr. Neejat for anybody that has struggled w/ infertility. read more

Save your money or time! The pros: Nice office A bit cheaper than other clinics The cons: Doctors are not experienced Doctors never remember your case and won't provide you with tailored to you and effective protocol. Their lab is not the best Finance department is a mess and a headache to deal with. I can only speak for myself and I received unexplained poor outcome from them throughout the whole process. They are not on SART as of today. Make sure you check them on SART before you start with them. To summarize: if you have time and money to waste go ahead with them! Otherwise look into the reputable places with proven published results. read more

After a year of trying, finding out my FSH was high, and that I had a blocked tube, I started going to this clinic. My Dr. was Dr. Nejat, although I did see Dr. Luk twice. I did an IUI, and prepped for another IUI cycle, which didn't work. During the IUI process, I realized how gentle Dr. Nejat is. Some Drs. are so rough, even during a regular ultrasound. I felt hopeless, and then received the news that my AMH was also low, levels that correlate with a 40 year old, I'm 32. Dr. Nejat called me and was SUPER supportive. He told me, its just a number, you only need one egg and, I'm not concerned about quality. I assume he was basing that on how I responded during the IUIs and my age. I struggled with removing my tube, because family members said it wasn't necessary since I had "no symptoms". Infertility is a symptom. Dr. Nejat helped me feel comfortable with the surgery, which is required for IVF. After the surgery, I had my IVF consult with him. Along this journey, you become desperate, you think your body is betraying you, and your emotions can take over rationale. I often wanted Dr. Nejat to be more aggressive, with Clomid for example and then with the IVF. It was frustrating at the time, but looking back I know he had my best interest at heart... not pumping me with medications and avoiding high risk multiples. During the IVF consult he told me he wouldn't put me on birth control, and I had never heard of this protocol he uses, Estrogen Priming Protocol. When I asked why, he said "because I've seen a lot of women who get pregnant naturally after they have the inflamed tube removed, and if you get pregnant during EPP then that's great". I had a consult at another very well known top 5 clinic in NYC, and they wanted to put me on BC. I did some research and found that BC can overly suppress women with diminished ovarian reserve (me), and that large clinics sometimes do this to "batch" their patients. I have a hard time trusting and I question everything, but I realized Dr. Nejat is an amazing, caring, highly intelligent and experienced Dr. who truly has the BEST interest of his patient at heart, not the clinics pocket. The front desk staff is amazing. I would come in for monitoring and they would know me by name. The waits were never long. There is an online portal so you always have access to all bloodwork and ultrasound data, (which I neurotically studied to learn my cycles). Their office and equipment is brand new, state of the art and high tech. And just like he predicted, I became pregnant during an EPP. Don't lose hope ladies! Study your body and your cycles. I was ovulating on a different day then my ovulation app was predicting. Do your research, take supplements, eat well, and please make sure to choose a clinic like GNF that provides EXCELLENCE in every sense of the word. Do not accept anything less. read more

First of all I hate that medical practices are subjected to reviews, Dr's can't even really respond due to privacy laws. It's a medical practice, they are making choices that are about what's best for your health, not what makes you happy. Ivf is not 100% it's a crap shoot. It MIGHT increase your odds but that's it. That is the risk you take. Second in the United States, our insurance is designed with large teams of people who's sole job it is to try to deny your coverage. Doctors are not screwing up your coverage and leaving you with big bills, insurance is. When I hear reviews saying my doc screwed up my payment...I just think your misinformed about how this all works together. Insurance can deny you for any reason, any time. You should always be prepared for your coverage to be denied. Vote and call your government representatives. We had nothing but the best experience with both doctor's but my primary was Dr. Nejat. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares about his patients. We found the care to be top notch, there is a portal that keeps you informed 100% of the time, and we did not have long waits. I also loved that this was timed to my cycles rather than getting everyone on the same cycle, which lowered my stress and limited the meds I needed to take. We were referred by a friend who had a wonderful experience here and now happy and healthy with their family. With medical care things can and do go wrong, what matters is how they are handled when they do. I would totally recommend this office. read more

I can only say I had a great experience since I'm now in my 2nd trimester of Pregnancy with 2 frozen embryos waiting for the future, after only my 1st round of IVF with Gen Next and I'm 39yrs old. Dr Nejat was my main doctor and he is very warm, reassuring, and informative. Dr. Hade did some of my procedures and he also was great and always made me feel comfortable. The facility itself is nice and bright and new looking and clean, and it feels good to go there. It's not like a stuffy Doctors office. Would definitely recommend Gen Next and especially Dr. Nejat and Dr. Hade!! Read on if you want some more technical pro tips... They are a busy facility (as most are) so be sure to stay on top of everything. You must do your due diligence as with any clinic. Ask a lot of questions, know about everything before it happens, know your insurance very well and get your own pre-authorizations. Ask a lot of questions on how to administer the medications at home. They go over it quickly and give you videos but my insurance sent me about 1000 different types of needles and some are different than what they use in the videos. I think health care professionals on all levels take for granted that most of us are laymen on the subject and what may seem obvious trouble shooting to them will not be to us. I had to call the office a couple times in a panic b/c I had some questions (thankfully they have an after hours person on call, b/c most of the time you will be doing your injections after their regular office hours.) The girls at the front desk are so sweet and will also answer any questions you have b/c you will not always be in contact with the doctor. Once the ball is rolling, you talk to the assistants and technicians more than anyone, if everything is going smoothly. But if you want to talk to the Dr you can always schedule a call / video chat! read more

I very rarely write reviews but when I do it is with sole purpose of sharing my experience in hopes it would help others to make informed decisions. Several years ago I had 3 medicated IUI's at Generation Next Fertility clinic. Dr. Luk was my doctor although Dr. Nejat would see me for some appointments when Dr. Luk was not available. Overall, the clinic was good in terms of scheduling appointments, responding to emails, all the nurses and staff were polite and professional. As for the treatment itself. None of the 3 IUI's were successful. It was the beginning of my fertility journey and I asked Dr. Luk many questions as to how does IUI work, IUI vs IVF, what are my chances, what went wrong, what can be improved next cycle and many others. Without going into details I was left with the impression that for each of the 3 IUI attempts there was a chance for me getting pregnant therefore I continued after each IUI failure. It was only afterwards at another clinic I was told that none of the IUI's had any chance of success based on the numbers (uterine lining, size of eggs etc) we got each time. This was confirmed by other fertility specialists I have seen for consults as well. I wish I had heard that from Dr. Luk and would be advised to cancel the cycles and move to IVF so I would not have gone through 3 pointless IUI cycles, wasted time, money and had false hopes for success. Was it unprofessionalism? Lack of experience or knowledge? A way of making the clinic profitable? Or a combination of all? I would not return to this doctor and the clinic. Not because the cycles were not a success, but because they should not have been done in the first place. read more

In Fall 2017 we looked for a place that I could have natural IVF and Dr.Luk was recommended to us. Paid out of pocket and in full, and sadly I didn't end up pregnant even though our embryo was quoted "the best quality". I did not blame Dr.Luk or her staff for the results, I believed they performed they job well.To be fair Dr.Luk was always available and tried to work with me. However I was very disappointed with their financial department several times and through the department I learn Dr.Luk performed a procedure that I did not authorize. I was billed 9 months later for assisted hatching that was never discussed with us and we would not authorize this in a first place. We refused ICSI (assisted hatching was never discussed by Dr.Luk) and we always made it clear we wanted the most natural approach and as little tempering with our embryo as possible. I learned they performed this procedure only because they sent me a bill 9 months later, it was NEVER mentioned to me verbally during the treatment. My research on assisted hatching proved to me that it is not a regular part of IVF, it is an add on and could kill the embryo. Recent studies show it has no benefit what so ever. So the moral of this review is- if you go to Generation Next make sure you ask for all the details of IVF, if you don't want assisted hatching -start the discussion, and be prepared for dirty tactics from the financial department such as billing your insurance for different procedures, or taking money from you yet billing your insurance anyway to collect more. read more

Had a very sub-optimal experience with Generation Next Fertility and Dr. Luk, and we are not writing this just because our cycle was unsuccessful at every level. Mild IVF, although it works for a few women, it is less successful per cycle. Although there is less dosage of the medications per cycle, there are still nearly the same number of injections. With Generation Next our egg yield was lower than any other of our previous 6 cycles at reputable academic center, and the likely hood of success was of course lower. That did not stop them from proceeding at our expense. The promise of "higher quality" eggs with mild IVF is a myth. Unfortunately, when you are desperate, you will try anything, and Generation Next Fertility will sell you anything you are willing to try. read more

Dr. Luk and Nejat are very personable and open and will return your calls. That being said I only found it right to have my ivf cycle there with Dr. Nejat. It's one think to be a great, personable and open doctor but if you fail to deliver results....just really disappointed in Generation Next. read more

Dr. Luk and her team changed our lives! She explained everything fully and all of the staff (the other dr/nurses) made us feel like family and we were in this together. Yes, fertility treatment is expensive but for us we chose to trust her and follow ever recommended test so she can get the full picture and help us. After a few months it worked! I am now entering my second trimester. The team was even available over the weekend. She went to the top schools and the office has state of the art technology. I love the entire team at Generation Next Fertility. My experience thus far has been outstanding. Egg freezing is time consuming, a commitment and can be an emotional process. My experience with Dr. Janelle Luk and Generation Next has been horrible. Before I even came in for a consultation, I got an email from an administrator asking me to register as "infertile" with my insurance (Aetna). I called Aetna and was, understandably, informed by them that they could not put me down as "infertile" before I'd been examined by a professional. Dr. Luk wanted to start me on Clomid and give me an IUI before an HSG procedure had been done to confirm whether or not my Fallopian tubes were open. In fact, she never even brought up the HSG -- it was the next fertility doctor I saw who brought that up. I sent her a follow-up email to ask some questions and never got a response. During our visit, my husband and I had STD testing and a genetic test that we were told would cost us $99. I also had a sonogram. For this, we were charged $41,000. I'm not kidding. That's what showed up on our Aetna bill. Dr. Luk is full of flash and credentials, but she is incompetent. If you want to pay to go to a fancy office that looks like it's out of some Star Trek episode, and be charged a fortune for little treatment, this is the place for you. read more

Dr. Luk and her team are extraordinary. Leah and Cheryl are super sweet and relaxed, as are all of the other nurses. They literally held my hand throughout the entire process of egg freezing. I had a million questions which I either asked in person or emailed. Dr. Luk and the nurses answered all of my questions patiently and emailed me back within only a couple of hours. I had two mishaps during the two week period of injections and both times Dr. Luk called me from her personal cell phone (around 9pm). Fortunately, everything turned out more than ok. Dr. Nejat performed the retrieval and he was extremely kind and encouraging. I ended up with 26 mature eggs (I'm 42 yrs old, btw). Wow! It is now the 3rd day after the retrieval and I have felt zero discomfort. Dr. Luk and the nurses have all emailed to check on me. The personal attention is really unbelievable and very different from other fertility clinics.
