I visited CCRM Fertility Clinic on Friday, March 21, 2025, and was completely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I encountered. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be left waiting to be let in by a nurse whom I later learned was named Jackie, who was visibly preoccupied--holding a Dunkin' Donuts coffee and texting on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me, her demeanor was rude and dismissive. She unapologetically mentioned that her train was late, as if that excused the delay in my care. When I asked how long it would be before I could see the doctor, since I also had professional obligations, she responded with sarcasm and muttered an incredibly offensive comment under her breath: "These dikes are going to just have to wait," followed by a chuckle. As someone who chose CCRM because of its reputation as an LGBTQ+ inclusive clinic, I was shocked and deeply hurt. No patient should ever be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected--especially in a space that promises compassionate and inclusive care. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge CCRM to reevaluate how their staff interact with patients, particularly those from marginalized communities. read more

After multiple failed IVF's and an IUI at two different clinics, including RMA, CCRM was our last hope and best foot forward. A friend highly recommended Dr Talebian / CCRM and we're so glad she did. From the get-go, we noticed a difference. Dr Talebian spent an hour and half with us going through our questions, when our previous doctors would only spend a few minutes and provide vague, unhelpful answers. Dr Talebian thoroughly reviewed our previous results, walked us through protocol options, and ways to prep for best results. We did several retrievals w Dr Talebian so we were regularly in touch. No question was too trivial or silly - she was always empathetic, compassionate, and supportive. No email or phone call went unanswered for more than 24-48 hours. We had some hiccups later in the pregnancy after we graduated and she still made herself available. She's smart as a whip (graduated top of her class at Columbia), did her residency at RMA, and often speaks at Fertility events - she is passionate about and knows fertility. On top of that, she's empathetic, kind and an inspiring athlete and mother herself. I can't say enough good things about her. The same goes for the CCRM staff - from the receptionists, to the embryologists, nurses, and ladies who drew my blood. We did several cycles there and got to know everyone, and vice versa. They took the time to get to know you/your name and not make you feel bad/like a number when so much of this process can make you feel rotten. I felt like they were just as enthusiastic as us when we finally got to a transfer, and rooting for us for positive results. My only criticism is the accounting / billing office. We had difficulty finding a contact / working out issues with insurance which were eventually resolved in the end, but it took multiple calls, emails and even escalations to Dr Talebian and an office manager when we couldn't get a response unfortunately (which we hoped to avoid). There seemed high turnover here and inconsistent caliber of customer service. IVF was the hardest thing that my husband and I had to do - and it usually takes a few tries. If you are not sure where to go, or feel like you have reached the end of your journey, give CCRM a try. They're worth every penny and their weight in gold. I had gone through this hard and difficult process for almost 4 years throughout all IVF clinics of NY. The biggest, the best, the most expensive ones, and yet could not get pregnant. Then, I went to CCRM and met with Dr. Levine. He was kind but most importantly, knowledgeable. After 2 years of struggling, never giving up, we were finally pregnant, at 45 years old. I would recommend the clinic, all Doctors there, (Dr. Levine and Dr. Choi in particular) to everyone who wants to have something done. Not to mentioning the staff which is great. My veins are so hard and nurses managed to always take my blood. To make the long short: consider CCRM if you really want a baby. read more

I had a pretty terrible experience at CCRM. I don't blame CCRM for not getting me pregnant, as there's often little way of knowing what exactly went wrong -- the protocol, the procedure itself, or just your body. But CCRM did make this already emotionally draining process so much more difficult than it had to be, taking a serious toll on my mental health. I did one failed transfer at CCRM with embryos I produced at another clinic several years prior as part of my fertility preservation. They made this huge deal about how accepting the embryos from another clinic was a major exception because their standards are so high, which already made me needlessly anxious at the outset. (The second clinic I went to had NO issue accepting the embryos, stating their goal was to get me pregnant, period.) My anxiety only escalated as my interactions at CCRM got even more chaotic. Dr. Knopman routinely forgot the details of my situation and where we were in the process, confusing an IVF cycle with a transfer cycle when we talked. During an early sonogram she discovered what she referred to as "schmutz" leftover from my miscarriage a few months prior -- which seemed highly unlikely as I had already done at least a couple of ultrasounds that didn't show anything and a normal HSG that she herself ordered. (It was later diagnosed as a polyp by a surgical OB.) Once we started the transfer protocol, it really felt like the nurse, not Dr. Knopman was in the driver's seat. Immediately prior, it inexplicably shifted from a natural transfer to a "semi" natural transfer. When I asked, the initial explanation I received was that the office closed during the holidays for cleaning, so we were trying to get my transfer in before. They later reassured me that wasn't the case, but I canceled it as I didn't want to risk accommodating an office schedule instead of doing the transfer when was best for my body. I asked to switch doctors before starting another transfer cycle, was promised by their patient representative that she would "make it happen," only for her to come back and say they don't allow it. I went ahead with Dr. Knopman, trying really hard to give her the benefit of the doubt. When the transfer failed, I was told it was likely because CCRM would've graded my embryo quite a bit lower than the previous clinic had. This made me extremely nervous about the quality grading of my remaining embryos and also raised the question of why no one at CCRM shared that with me the day of the transfer. Worse yet, it wasn't until then that they even checked my AMH, which turns out had plummeted in the years between fertility preservation and then. Upon requesting a copy of my patient records, I actually found a signed document by me, Dr. Knopman, and the embryologist acknowledging the quality grading for the embryo at time of transfer ... and it actually matched the grading my other clinic had assigned to it. To this day, I still don't know if I was being gaslit or if this was just a procedural error. But this was my breaking point and I immediately switched clinics, where I underwent another cycle that resulted in the birth of my healthy baby boy this past winter. To add insult to injury, I even erroneously received a bill for the storage of my embryos from CCRM long afterwards, which were no longer even there. It was fixed, but was pretty on point given the rest of my interactions. Dr. Knopman does have a lot of great reviews -- some even mention she personally responded to patient messages. This was never the case for me as far as I can recall. I never heard from anyone other than the nurses except for the few times she called with results or news . Maybe she is a great doctor for some people. Maybe she would've even helped me get pregnant if I stuck with CCRM. But it wasn't worth the emotional toll it was taking on me. I hope this long review helps someone else who might be in the same situation know it's not just them. You deserve better and you should demand and look for better care. It's out there, I promise. read more

This is my second review for the wonderful doctor and person, Dr Brian Levine and all his incredibly amazing colleagues and staff. After having my first daughter 3 years ago (first transfer was successful with Dr. Levine after many months struggles with another clinic), my husband and i were ready to have a second baby. We knew immediately i would need to use our frozen embryo as i cannot ovulate on my own due to PCOS. Similar to my first baby, a healthy baby boy was transferred and he is now 4 months old completing our family. I can't say enough about him, as a doctor. He is confident, thorough, intelligent and treats you like family. While the process is never easy, and there may have been minor bumps in the road, he was always one step ahead of the game with the next steps. He even checked on me while on vacation! I am lucky to have found him as a doctor and friend. I would be remiss to leave out praise for his entire team. His partner, Dr. Talebian treated me as i was one of her patients. His nurses are exceptional; always available to chat, answer questions, and feel comfortable (a special shout out to Julie!). Going through this twice now, i could not recommend another doctor or practice, they are the BEST there is. They have helped all my dreams come true! read more

As pleasant as fertility treatment can be: an opinion shared by my wife and me. Kind, patient, and accommodating staff that handles the logistics with precision. Pristine well appointed offices. Dr Choi is an absolute gem, and is very clear and direct about treatment options and the state of play. Excellent bedside manner: that perfect blend of kindness and humor with a clinical efficiency in communication. Couldn't recommend her more highly, and I only wish she were a GP so I could use her as MY doctor. It's pricey, no doubt about it, but if you can swing it you'll be glad you did. read more

CCRM is extremely misleading about their financial practices. The welcome email indicates 1. That 90% of new patients are covered for the initial consult, and 2. That they will email you two days before your appointment with information about your specific coverage. Both of these are false, they barely accept any insurance, and don't inform you about your coverage until the ridiculously high consult bill shows up in the mail. NO WAY am I trusting them to communicate about my fertility treatment after this, even though I liked Dr. Choi very much. read more

I came to CCRM in June 2021 feeling quite desperate after my experience at NYU Langone where we had not been able to yield normal embryos over 2 cycles. I was determined to change this and after extensive research, discovered that CCRM were known as the 'miracle-makers' and consistently delivered excellent results. In my frazzled state, the wonderful Dr. Knopman reassured me during our initial consultation and made me feel heard, asking in-depth questions about my history and offering specific, bespoke advice. From that moment on, I felt optimistic again and confident that this was going to work! As anyone who has been through it knows, mindset is such an important part of IVF success. My interactions with all the Nurses and Dr's were equally as positive. The boutique feel of the practice ensures that you never feel like a number as with the other big NY clinics. What's so special about CCRM is the close rapport you build with your Dr as they ensure you see them each time you go in for morning monitoring and the procedures themselves. I had complete trust in Dr. Knopman's ability and even when I went through a dnc procedure after an initial miscarriage, I felt better with her taking care of me. After the next transfer in Nov 2021, I am now 13 weeks pregnant and able to share the news with my friends & family - something I have dreamt about for a very long time! I truly believe that I would not be here with the help of Dr. Knopman had the team at CCRM. Their knowledge, care and expertise is unparalleled in the business and I would urge you to run not walk to seek their advice. I only wish I had gone sooner! They are expensive but you can't put a price on something like this. It was so bittersweet to graduate from the clinic at Week 9 and I just wish they handled the birth too! read more

I'm sure this is a fine place but I would avoid Dr Knopman. She doesn't offer scientific thoughts or anything original, she just starts with the highest dosage and works her way down. With her there's only 2 strategies, if one doesn't work, then through a process of elimination try the other. No rhyme or reason, wastes time, money, and very defensive when you ask her a question. She also did something really dumb and told us that what she read about the embryo on google doesn't look good instead of referring us to a geneticist. Turned out she was wrong and almost made a huge mistake listening to her google findings. Don't forget this is a business, the second you run out of cash they will not see you again, do not be afraid to voice any concerns as you would normally do. I strongly recommend interviewing ALL of the doctors first since they won't let you switch mid process (Drs. Choi and Levine seem good). Since we lost faith in her decision making processes and weren't allowed to switch doctors - we left. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Levine and the CCRM team highly enough. I came to CCRM after four difficult cycles at another clinic and immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed at the clinic. Dr. Levine analyzed the data from my past cycles and quickly developed an alternative approach. I tremendously appreciated Dr. Levine's personal approach - we emailed and spoke regularly as my care progressed, he did much of my monitoring and he completed my retrievals / transfer... all with a touch of humor and empathy for the journey I was on to get pregnant. The staff and nursing team are lovely - everything is very well organized, the nurses are extremely responsive, and I felt like the team cared deeply about how I was feeling. While the experience was great, my results also speak for themselves - less than six months after my initial consultation, I've completed two retrievals and now ~10 weeks pregnant. read more

I could not recommend Dr. Knopman and the entire staff at CCRM. Their approach is extraordinary. I had previously tried 2 other clinics and both felt like a factory. But it was a whole different story with CCRM staff and Dr. Knopman. Everyone knew my name the second I entered their office. Their spa-like waiting room with snacks, relaxing music, coffee and tea provided such a comforting feeling during a very stressful time for me. Most importantly I got pregnant with the first IVF Cycle. There are no words to express my gratitude to Dr. Knopman. She was truly amazing; a true expert in her field, took her time explaining every single detail. I never felt rushed or like a number as I did at other clinics. It was so easy to reach her via phone calls and emails. Having a tight work schedule myself, I appreciated the fact that CCRM always took me in on time; that rarely happens in other practices. Excellent patient care is CCRM's top priority. Lab work and scans can be scheduled very early in the morning which worked out perfect for me since I had to be at work by 8 am. Dr. Choi is an incredible doctor. We just brought home a healthy and beautiful baby girl. I credit much of this long awaited blessing to Dr. Choi's expertise and attentive care, as well as CCRM's state of the art facility and support team. After two natural-conception miscarriages, my husband and I had our first IVF treatment at a different clinic. The result couldn't be more devastating - poor follicle growth, poor egg retrieval results, zero survival to blastocyst, and unclear explanation of results. After this shattering fail, we conducted a fairly exhaustive search of IVF facilities nationwide, and ultimately chose Dr. Choi largely due her credentials, positive reviews, and CCRM's higher than average success rates across all age groups. Dr. Choi's workup was EXTREMELY comprehensive. She recommended additional dietary changes on top of my already very healthy, fertility driven diet and lifestyle. She also diagnosed my silent endometriosis, which she believed was likely the reason for the unexplained miscarriages (genetic results of the miscarried embryo were normal). Together with Dr. Choi, and in coordination with the endometriosis treatment regimen, we opted for two egg retrieval cycles (both of which produced highly viable embryos) prior to transfer. Despite being categorized in the advanced maternal age group, we had amazing results under the the care of Dr. Choi, who tweaked and adjusted my treatment plans and provided very thorough, nuanced explanations of our options along the way. We walked away from our appointments feeling positive about our care and choices. I also credit this successful journey to CCRM's state of the art facility, ongoing fertility research program, and well controlled end to end process. At CCRM, every step of the process is disciplined to minimize risks and maximize success, while considering patients' comfort and health. The entire CCRM team (nursing, medical coordinators, embryologist, front desk, billing, etc.) is also fantastic. I'd give them negative stars if I could. There was a serious HIPAA violation. When we signed up for the patient portal, the wrong person's account information was linked to our login. We could see years of patient history and results. Their staff took many weeks to resolve this. In this age, it should be impossible to have this kind of error - name, email, birth date all were different. We did not feel comfortable proceeding after seeing lack of safeguards and capability. Additionally, they did not file claims to our insurance properly, so we paid first paid out of pocket. Later when CCRM was paid by our insurance, they did not refund our money and continued to send us invoices for $1175 for the education and training session (also this high cost wasn't disclosed to us up-front). It was only after calling asking about our balance, did they apply it against this fee. read more

We feel like it was a true blessing to have started working with CCRM. After several failed IVF attempts at another clinic we traveled across the country based on a recommendation to work with CCRM NYC. It was the best decision we could have made. CCRM gave us hope that we had all but lost. CCRM is incredibly efficient and very helpful. More than that, it is clear they care about their patients which is so important during such a challenging time. Dr. Levine's approach is based on the individual needs of each patient not the standard cookie cutter protocol not to mention the lab quality is the absolute best. First off, I would like to say that I am a lover of yelp but admittedly don't write enough reviews, compared to how much I use it. CCRM certainly deserves one and I am so surprised I am the first one. I am a 35 year old woman that began thinking about freezing my eggs this summer I made an appointment at CCRM NY as a friend who visited their Colorado branch recommended it to me. I figured I would check them out and then a few other known hospitals to see where I felt the most comfortable. My friend insisted that the place really has to make me feel good and at ease, if I was going to choose it for this procedure. Needless to say, I walked into CCRM in August and didn't check out any other hospital after that visit. The staff is AMAZING!!!! From the front desk, to the nurses, to the business office and of course the Doctors! Everyone, and I mean everyone was sooo professional, kind, patient, helpful and positive. The atmosphere is very tranquil and makes you feel at home. All of my questions/concerns were always answered and I never felt silly for asking anything. The process was made so easy, and I completed the cycle last week. I have eggs in the freezer:) I always felt cared for, and they were flexible with my schedule. Thank you so much Dr.Levine, Lori, Amanda, Hunter, Elizabeth, Jaime and everyone at CCRM. I'm sorry if I missed your name, I tried to keep track of all of you:) I highly recommend CCRM to anyone, even if it's just a thought. I have been extremely pleased with CCRM. Dr. Knopman and all the staff, from the nurses to the front desk to the behind the scenes embryology team have not only provided me with top notch medical care, but they have done so with compassion. Dr. Knopman treated us thoughtfully, explaining things clearly and tweaking things as needed to make sure we had the best results. She is warm, caring and so positive. I always felt like everyone was rooting for us and doing everything they could for us to be successful. We came to Dr. Levine after trying to conceive for several years without much success. Dr. Levine is a physician and scientist, and he found the right way to communicate with both my husband and me from the very beginning. He explained things in great detail and at no point, I felt confused about the process or about the next steps. Because it was our first time seeing a RE, he started with a very thorough diagnosis procedure and recommended that we attempt IUI first, explaining to us the success rate of this procedure compared to the slightly more invasive IVF procedure. After a few IUI attempts that were not working for us, he recommended that we move on to IVF, which we did, ultimately achieving success on our first embryo transfer. Dr. Levine's approach to our case was personalized and data-driven. He cited up to date studies pertaining to the procedures we were involved in and was very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had about the whole process. As an academic myself, this was very important to me, as I knew I didn't have time to read all the relevant scientific literature on the protocols and procedures we were about to experience. Dr. Levine performed my egg retrieval procedure, which was flawless. I experienced minimal side effects and there were much more eggs retrieved than I anticipated. The pre-op and post-op communication was amazing. Dr. Levine is very well connected and has amazing contacts in the NYC area. As I developed thyroid issues early in my pregnancy he recommended a great list of endocrinologists that I could choose from, based on my health insurance coverage and preference. He also recommended a long list of great OBGYNs at graduation and made sure I checked out to an OBGYN he trusted upon graduation. Dr. Levine's skills, combined with his sense of humor and vast experience make it easy and fun to work with him, which is incredibly important given how stressful fertility journeys can get. I recommended Dr. Levine to everything I knew was struggling with fertility (at other clinics). If you're considering seeing a fertility specialist, do not hesitate to give CCRM-NY (and Dr. Levine in particular) a chance. read more

Dr. Choi review I found Dr. Choi through a friend's rave recommendation, and I echo them after our experience. Dr. Choi is an incredible fertility doctor. From the second you meet her, it's obvious you are about to have science and a true professional on your side. We had been through a lot by the time we came to CCRM, as I'm sure is true for many fertility patients. But not only was she sympathetic to our situation and history, what hit me most was her determination to get to the bottom of it and optimism for putting us in the best possible position for a success. She talks fast for sure, but gets right to the point, and isn't afraid to trust her patients with information. A lot of doctors will hold back because they think too much of the technical stuff will be confusing or go above your head. But we always found comfort in her straight-forward way of explaining things, and felt empowered because we were getting all the facts. (Take a pad and pen with you for notes!) I appreciated her thorough approach especially when it led to a discovery of a small growth in my pituitary. We might have gone through even more years of disappointment, never knowing why. Her direction and diagnosis were the keys to unlocking our fertility challenges. And I am happy to report we are well into a healthy pregnancy (fingers crossed)! I can't say enough about the staff, who was so prompt answering our many many questions. Tackling infertility is naturally a really emotional and personal experience. But the team (especially Stephanie) helped us understand costs and commitments upfront, always with patience, and even helped navigate billing with our insurance. Even when another doctor (Dr. Levine) was filling in to keep us on schedule, it was obvious they were in communication with each other and checking in behind the scenes. We really felt taken care of and in good hands the whole way through. So if you are looking for an incredible fertility doctor at a highly effective clinic, I recommend a consultation with Dr. Choi. This review is long overdue, but here I am at 36 weeks pregnant and at the home stretch, waiting to meet my baby girl--all thanks to CCRM and Dr. Choi. We have been trying unsuccessfully for years, and finally made the decision (in the middle of a pandemic, no doubt) to move forward with IVF. After doing a ton of research, we decided on Dr. Choi based on her stellar reviews and experience. Our initial consultation was via video conference, in which we knew she was the right doctor for us. She is extremely thorough and realistic, but also very kind and caring. This is actually a group prtactice, so you'll eventually meet all the doctors on rotation, and all were efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Choi even came in on her day off to perform my egg retrieval--which was surprising and also comforting to me (especially since the IVF journey is such a tough and personal journey, and it was nice to know that I was in her care for the retrieval, considering that we chose her for a reason). For my initial transfer (which was not successful), my body developed a severe reaction to the progesterone oil, so Dr. Choi immediately changed the protocol, and so my second transfer was a success. The road to pregnancy is not a straight line, and not everything is in your control (or even in your doctor's control), but the willingness to push through and continue on optimistically is very important, and Dr. Choi truly showed us that. I am also very impressed with the staff at CCRM (for the most part, which a few hiccups and missed communication here and there), but my overall experience with the staff and nursing was solid. I absolutely recommend considering CCRM (especially Dr. Choi) if you are looking into IVF. We are truly grateful and look forward to doing another transfer with our frozen embryos in the near future! read more

Tried IUI here with Dr. Knopman's team. On the day of our IUI appointment (after my wife already completed her prescribed medication course), I showed up and was told that my screening HIV test had expired and we could not proceed, despite having previously gone in person to complete paperwork and we were told everything was clear for our scheduled appointment. The medications have their own risk profile and it is egregious to think they would be prescribed if we were not clear to proceed. I felt the care was unprofessional and unacceptable. We went to RMA where we were treated much better (and successfully). read more

Apologies in advance for the long review, but my experience with Dr. Levine and CCRM was so wonderful it deserves an essay: I can't express exactly how nervous I was to begin fertility treatment with a specialist. My husband and I had been trying to conceive unsuccessfully for 13 months, and I had a terrible experience with an ob gyn who tried to treat me using guesswork out of his office instead of sending me to a specialist. I won't go into all the details, but this experience had been totally inhuman, awful, and ineffective. I remember crying after my first appointment with Dr. Levine, because the experience was so different. He treated me warmly and compassionately from the moment I stepped into his office. He spent over an hour with me discussing not only my case history, but who I was a person, what I liked to do during my free time, how I had been feeling about my fertility issues, etc. He didn't rush me, and he repeatedly allowed there to be pauses so I could ask more questions. I left my first appointment with a clear plan: we would start as non-invasively as possible, with a timed intercourse cycle (including Letrazole and an Ovidrel trigger shot, to maximize our chances). Over the next four months, my husband and I did three cycles of timed intercourse and then ramped up to an IUI at Dr. Levine's suggestion. Our first IUI was successful, and I am now 4 months pregnant with a baby girl! I was obviously thrilled with the outcome. However, the point of this post is to emphasize how wonderful my experience was throughout my journey at CCRM (which I know would have continued to be wonderful if that first IUI had not been successful, and I needed to proceed to more invasive procedures): Let's start with Dr. Levine, who is honestly the BEST. He took what had been a terrible, chaotic, anxiety-inducing experience and turned it into a structured, calm, and unexpectedly FUN experience. Dr. Levine explains everything extremely thoroughly and on repeat. You hear the same message over and over again, and it's so reassuring and empowering, because you know the plan at all times. Dr. Levine also has the most fun personality. He takes the time to chat and catch up, and we spent just as much time talking about different exercise classes we liked, restaurant recommendations, and LIFE as we did my fertility issues. This may seem silly, but it really changed the dynamic of my treatment from negative to positive. I looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Levine because they were so fun, and I left feeling happy, confident, and taken care of as an individual. Dr. Levine and his team wrote everything down for me, always. I know this seems so simple, but I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have a plan and to have that plan documented in writing. Dr. Levine gave me his direct e-mail, and he ALWAYS responded or called me back, even when I e-mailed late at night. I remember receiving a call from him at 8pm, 2 minutes after I had e-mailed, when he was clearly in the middle of a family dinner. I will also never forget receiving a call from Dr. Levine at 1pm on a Saturday, in between cycles, just to say "Hey, how are you feeling about everything?" Even better than Dr. Levine? His nursing staff. I know CCRM sees a lot of patients, but I was floored every time they recognized me and greeted me by name. They were so friendly and wonderful and reassuring, whether drawing blood, demonstrating how best to inject my Ovidrel trigger shot, or calling me to make sure I knew the next steps. They were also my cheerleaders and coaches when I didn't get the results I wanted. When I found out I was pregnant, everyone at CCRM was so genuinely happy for me, and I got so many different forms of congratulations. It made this milestone feel all the more special to me and my husband. Thank you, Dr. Levine and CCRM for everything! I would strongly recommend Dr Knopman and CCRM to anyone going through IVF. Dr Knopman took the time to get to know me as a patient, and truly cared about the outcome achieved. She explained thoroughly every part of the process, made sure I fully understood my options at each point, and proposed solutions to consider, as problems arose. The entire staff I interacted with at CCRM were wonderful - incredibly helpful and supportive, kind, and again wanted to see me succeed. IVF is a difficult process but having a doctor and clinic that you really trust, and believe wants the best outcome for you as an individual, made a huge difference in getting through that process. read more

5 stars is not enough for CCRM-NY. After a previous experience at NYU, ccrm was a breath of fresh air. Our doctor, Dr. Levine was incredible throughout the whole process, answering all of our many questions, being accessible via email and phone, and explaining everything (which i wanted). We were successful in our first ivf cycle at ccrm and are now 18 weeks pregnant. The entire staff is warm, helpful, and smart. Throughout the process i met all of the other doctors (Dr. Choi, Dr. Knopman, and Dr. Talebian) and they were all wonderful and kind! read more

Doing IVF during a pandemic adds lots of stress to an already challenging and unpredictable situation, but I felt reassured knowing that I was in the best hands with Dr. Choi. Dr. Choi genuinely cares about helping you, and she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I trusted her immediately and I'm so glad I was in her care. It's a small practice but run very well, scheduling was easy and wait time was short. All the receptionists, IVF coordinators and nurses are wonderful and take the time to get to know you by name. The facilities are also very new and clean. The clinic was a bit of a hike from where I live in Brooklyn but I didn't mind at all, as every visit was pleasant. I did two rounds of IVF with Dr. Choi and I am now in my first trimester -- I would strongly recommend her and her team to anyone dealing with infertility. read more

I cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Levine enough. Having been on a roller coaster ride and through multiple practices and doctors I can say with the most conviction this is the BEST place to help you on your path to parenthood. Dr. Levine is the kindest, most caring doctor I have meet with. He truly treats you like a human being and not another number. Their entire staff including the front desk and nurses are phenomenal. Dr. Levine truly GETS how hard this journey is and is emphatic and human to guide you not just through the medical but also the emotional and mental aspects. The practice also has state of the art technology and you are getting the best care on that front too. I do not have enough words to wax poetic about Dr. Levine and the practice. They are truly the BEST and I would recommend this place to my family and friends if they were on this fertility journey. read more

Dr. Levine and the staff at CCRM are hands-down the best clinic in New York City (and I am limiting myself to NYC because I have yet to venture out of the city for any treatments!). We were treated with love and respect at every visit and each appointment was timely and accommodating. Dr. Levine made miracles happen and we are so grateful for him and his staff. OUTSTANDING is just one of many words to describe Dr. Levine and the team at CCRM. They truly care about their patients and are invested in them as people and their fertility journey. CCRM was the third stop for my husband and I trying to start our family, and we truly saved the best for last both on a medical and personal level. They took the time to explain things and educate us on an action plan. When we faced obstacles, they walked us through them and never gave up. It was a bittersweet day when we graduated from the CCRM program because we didn't want to leave the wonderful people that had become a second family and safe place for us, but we are super excited to welcome our Baby Girl thanks to Dr. Levine and his team. read more

I had THE BEST experience at CCRM NY. Coming in single, early 30s, low amh and clueless about the egg freezing process was pretty scary - not to mention the out of pocket expense. From start to finish I put my trust in the CCRM NY team and they were there for me every step of the way. The nurses go above and beyond, I never felt out of the loop or like a number. Dr Levine is my primary but Dr Knopman did my retrieval both were amazing. They ended up retrieving 4 eggs and all 4 were viable to freeze. I am excited for the day that I get to go back to CCRM NY to use my eggs. I know that process will be just as positive. read more

Dr. Knopman and the entire staff at CCRM could not have been more kind, supportive or helpful during my IVF journey. Anyone going through this process knows it's peaks and valleys, and CCRM was by my side every step of the way. I checked out several places and did my research before choosing CCRM and I feel like it was worth it. Everyone at CCRM that I talked to was kind (not just polite/professional), and it made a world of difference. They know that fertility work can be stressful for their patients and tougher in a pandemic. I was going for egg freezing. I liked Dr. Talebian's willingness to take her time with my questions. She didn't make you feel like she was in a rush. I was hoping she would have also done the retrieval as well, but weekend schedules didn't allow it. I have deep veins and wish blood work had gone smooth 100% of the time. Any other issues I had (learning how to administer shots- etc.) I think are inherent in the process and not related to CCRM read more

I have never written an online review before, but my experience with CCRM and Dr. Choi was so overwhelmingly positive that I felt inclined to write. As a single 33 year old professional, deciding to freeze my eggs was not one I took lightly, but Dr. Choi instantly made me feel feel comfortable by informing me thoroughly of all my options and explaining things to me in a way that made sense - all while being warm, friendly and approachable. I felt she really took the time to get to know me personally (as did the rest of the staff), which helped us decide a route that was truly best for my life and personality. Every morning when I came in for blood work, not only did the staff always get me in on time, but they greeted me by name and always answered my questions no matter how big or small. Dr. Choi took time to explain things to me every day and I never once felt rushed. The facilities were best in class, very clean and comfortable. The nurses on the online portal respond in a very timely manner as well, which I loved. The nurse who was with me on the day of the retrieval was so warm and friendly and since I was feeling nervous, I will never forget that kindness. After my retrieval, Dr. Choi followed up with me daily to ensure I was doing ok and stayed on top of any issues that arose. I cannot think Dr. Choi and all the nurses/staff/other doctors in the practice for their support and help during this process. I am forever grateful to have had this experience with such great doctors and nurses. It gives me piece of mind that it was such a positive experience for me.
