It's a pretty fun place to visit. My fiancé and I watched the Netflix show that showcased this location so we decided to stop and check it out. It's really spendy but also serves a niche hard to find in any retail environment. If I was more into fashion I would have loved this place even more. It does does have some pretty amazing pop culture items but is totally for a certain niche crowd that is into hard to find vintage fashion. I don't make a purchase but can see why it appeals to a certain demographic.

Ever since I saw the show Slobby's World I've wanted to drop in. I owned almost everything in the store at some point. It's a wave of nostalgia. The guy working was super cool. He noticed my 311 shirt and showed me the 311 gear they had in stock. Everything was right up my alley. Super cool place. Can't recommend it enough.

My son and I went down to Tucson to check out the store and it was great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Robby was at a sneaker event down the street so we got to meet him and get a picture!

We are big fans of Slobby's World, as I am super into 80s/90s pop culture and thrifting so finding this show was incredible. My boyfriend and I binged it and joked about going to Tucson to meet everyone. We were so fortunate to be able to pop-in on our vacation and meet them! Everyone was super down to earth, the shops fucking dope, and we got some cool ass merch. Definitely worth the trip from Phoenix to Tucson!

Place is fun, but I don't appreciate being helped by pretentious twats that weren't even born when this stuff existed in the 80's.

Their clothes are separated by their color (love this!). Of course they have size dividers on the clothing racks. Clothes were in pretty good condition & I found that their prices were reasonable unlike another common thrift store in town. They even have dressing rooms! Only problem I found with their dressing rooms is there is no bench to sit down on if needed nor anyplace to set your purse. I only found 3 posts to hang clothes on but unfortunately others had left their unwanted items on them. I did find a rack outside the dressing room to hang your clothes on that don't fit/you don't like. I had to use the bathroom while there & found the ladies room clean & they even had more than one stall. There was two water fountains outside of the bathrooms & one had a filter water option so if you happen to bring in your water bottle you can fill it up with filtered water. I wish on their shoe racks that they had the sizes on the shelves & their shoes organized by their size. I found an expensive pair of dress pants for only $5.00! I also found a large selection of crafting scissors & bought a couple of them to use with a scrape book that I want to put together. There was no line when I went to check out. The cashier was nice. The store didn't have a strong smell of air freshener like some other thrift stores have. I didn't feel gross after shopping here. I'll definitely want to stop in here again next time I'm in town visiting my friend. I was very impressed. :-)

Had we had more time, we could have spent hours walking up and down the street checking out all the little shops. The Tucson Thrift Shop actually connects with a pass through with another store called, The Other Side. I don't know if they're two separate shops or one big one, but they sold the same type of vintage clothes, costume jewelry, and costumes perfect for any occasion. The staff were friendly, but stayed behind the counter and offered a nice smile and said hello when you entered the store and have a nice day when you left. They certainly dressed as if they shopped at their own store and had enough tie dyed shirts to make any deadhead happy. If you're in town, it's definitely worth a peek inside. I bought a hamburger hat for my burger club and my son would have bought a couple items if his "square" parents weren't there to make him feel "lame.
