Jess came out the next day from when I reached out and a few days later his crew were ready to go. Jess was awesome and transparent. He took his time going through the quote of trimming our trees and also explained each tree species. I was honest with Jess and let him know what the other company quoted me. Jess wanted our business, so he gave a lower quote. I was sold! The crew came and I was impressed with the amount of staff. We had a pretty big job, so it was great that the crew were ready to go. Some trees were in the back of our house which isn't easy to get to and and another tree was by the power lines. We had about 5 big trees that needed to be trimmed and elevated, cutting up fallen limbs, wood chipping, and cleaning up. Everything was done as Jess explained at the quote.
