They will do a check on the new card and rescan prints and set up a pin number the computers were slow. But the pick ups can be 15- 20 minuets or more.

Once inside, I had my temperature taken and was told to use hand sanitizer they supplied. I was able to meet with a career counselor, review and update my resume, but was not able to print it. It's a great service and idea, but the process is slow and some of the workers are not as empathetic as they should be. The computer lab is also outdated, but still gets the job done.

So, I asked what are my options, they said contact Placement. I contacted Placement and no one is calling me back, not even after WIOA woman emailed them along with fromt desk. It's a piece of garbage. Same with every single staffing agency I tried to work with. They won't help you outside of WIOA with zero income, if you're a single parent without custody, and if you have physical disabilities or no work experience.
