Each site is level and gravel. There is not any privacy between sites but they are not stacked on top of each other either. There is a fire pit, a picnic table, a grill and a lantern hook at each site. There are only 3 campsites on Lake Laura Walker but all of the other campsites have a view of it. There is one bathhouse for the campground and I did not go in it so I don't know how clean it is. The rest of the park is well maintained so I imagine the bathhouse would be too. The park offers a visitor center with a gift shop and ice cream and boiled peanuts for sale. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The park is about 20 mins from Waycross should you need to shop or grab a bite to eat. There are two playgrounds, a fitness area, many pavilions and picnic areas. There is also an area for Sunday Church service which starts at 9:30 am. They also offer cabins and cottages for rent and there are separate campgrounds for pioneer and group camping. They have a VERY large dog park! One side for small dogs and the other for large dogs. Each side offers a bench and a watering station. This dog park added an extra star to my overall rating! We enjoyed our stay here and were happy to find out we were only about 8 miles from the Okefenokee Swamp Park which is also highly recommended!

The park is maintained by the Rotary club but the trails are paved and easy to follow as well. There are also some benches scattered throughout the park, so you can relax and enjoy the scenery. I love that this park is so well-connected to nature, so many different species of trees and you can see the creek everywhere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and get in touch with nature, I highly recommend checking it out. It's a hidden gem that you won't want to miss! The park is also very dog-friendly!!

There is now a much larger and air conditioned building for large groups and meetings. There is a separate screened building for cooking. New and nicer bathrooms have been provided. We have stayed in one of the cabins and they are simple and comfortable places to stay. At least one cabin is handicap accessible. There is a lake and a golf course as well. The park sits on the edge of Reidsville just past the DQ.

Located in Twin City, Georgia, is a serene retreat spanning 1,634 acres with a 412-acre mill pond surrounded by cypress and tupelo trees draped in Spanish moss, creating a picturesque and tranquil environment. The park's centerpiece is the historic Parrish Mill, a combination gristmill, sawmill, covered bridge, and dam built in 1880. The mill, restored in 1998, occasionally operates and can grind up to 200 pounds of corn per hour, offering visitors a glimpse into its rich history. Fulwood who was an early settler of Tift County. It was created n 1916 and is 28 acres in size. The park has picnic shelters, play areas, restrooms and a great little playground that was getting some use today. The Syd Blackmarr Stage was not in use but looks very cool.
