It was years I lived in the area before I realized they did brakes, alignments, suspension, oil changes and battery replacement. Pretty sure if you are in the greater Rockford or Janesville area, you won't find a more caring, high quality place for tires or any of these services. Both…read moremy wife and I are busy professionals and Keith, our consultant, really helped us through the process with limited time needed from us. We had identified the vehicle on their lot we wanted, I clearly indicated the terms I was looking for and asked that Keith look into options before we moved forward so as not to unduly take everyone's time if it wasn't going to work. He did exactly what we asked and ultimately met our terms and expectations to the tee. I've known John Wolf for some time now and always found him a very upfront, friendly, straight forward guy and that personality definitely shows in his dealership. Bottom line, if you want a no hassle car shopping experience, see Keith, John and the team at Wolf Automotive. Beyond making you a "good deal", they will be a true partner in the process.
