I have been going to Alpha Automotive with my vehicles for the past 3 yrs. A couple of weeks ago…read moremy 2008 Ford Expedition stopped suddenly in Atlanta. After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. Kevin and his team didn't hesitate to make sure my vehicle was 100% fixed. I will continue to have Kevin and his team at Alpha Automotive to service my vehicles. Thank you Alpha Automotive!

I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

Looking over the receipt line by line, the pricing is unbelievable: $759.92 just for four ignition coils (parts that cost $40-$50 each retail), $387.48 in labor alone for spark plugs, and a $145 diagnostic fee that they refused to apply toward the repair work. They even tacked on a $210 chemical intake flush that does nothing for a failing ignition coil, then quoted another $1,113 to replace front control arms--a job independent shops routinely do for $650-$700 with an alignment.
