Yani on the left & Dee on your right in the picture provided. This was my first visit. The wait was brief about 15 mins for an initial visit while you fill out a form, and then you're off to X-rays. The dentist is welcoming & attentive. I was worried & anxious about the visit because my previous dentist had told me I had over $10K worth of immediate work that I had been procrastinating on, but to my surprise, Dr. S gave my mouth a clean bill of health! I was so surprised! I had told him beforehand that I was previously told there's A LOT of work in my mouth, but he took his time & explained he didn't see any need. I then waited for my hygienist, who did a thorough cleaning & took her time explaining what I can do for sensitive teeth. In the end you get a goodie bag & a smile for the road. Dr. Sabolboro is an honest and caring dentist. Finally, I found a dentist I can trust & recommend to all. I'm so happy I was recommended this place. They accept UFT & many other insurances. Do not let Dr. Sabolboro do implants or crowns! I went to this office for a few years and they were…read morefine for cleanings and cavities but I had major issues when I needed more extensive work. He did an implant which seemed fine until the crown kept falling off. I don't think it stayed on for more than a couple days. After going in several times to have it tightened, he said that he thought the implant wasn't sitting at the correct angle inside my gums. He said he could try to do it again but a bridge would be a better option as it would be faster and because I'd probably have the same issue with another implant. He also said he'd have to file down a perfectly fine tooth in order to have a bridge. In hindsight I should have gotten a second opinion but I had no reason not to trust him at this point. He offered to do it right away because it would only take 15 minutes. I told him I had to pick my kids up and he reassured me that it would be fast. It took HOURS. Luckily my husband was able to pick up my kids. I normally don't have issues with dental work but this experience changed that. He clearly did not know what he was doing. Finally he got the implant out. I went back for the bridge and that came out after a day. Went back several times to have the bridge put back in. In the meantime another crown he did kept falling off. He told me that he thought the issue was that I have too much saliva which I didn't buy bc I would assume that another dentist would have said something to me about that by this point in my life. I went to another dentist who confirmed that I did not have too much saliva. The other dentist also said that she saw no reason that the implant should have come out. No reason to destroy a healthy tooth for a bridge. Also a bridge is more expensive to replace than just one crown. I stayed with the new dentist who kept having to tighten my crown and re-cemented my bridge until it broke. After it broke, I reached out to Sabolboro and asked for my money back which he did not do. He did offer to re-do the work but I did not feel comfortable having him do that. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers bridges and crowns every 5 years so I've gone without because I'd rather do that, then have Dr. Sabolboro do anything to my teeth.

For starters, I had a very difficult time trusting him when he was giving me advice that no other dentist ever had...and I've been going to the Dentist regularly since having teeth. He told me I needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted...even though they grew in evenly, and have given me no issues since they came in about 16 years ago. I got two second opinions from Dentists, after that, who both advised me there was absolutely no need for this procedure. Secondly, Dr. Jacobson actually told me I needed to seek psychiatric help for my "fear of dentists" that I do not have at all. This all came about after I arrived for an appointment 15 minutes early - as I always do - and the entire office was packed. I was a bit worried because I had another engagement about 3 hours post-appointment time. After waiting for 45 minutes and not being seen, I decided to ask the receptionist if there was a way to reschedule my appointment, since there were still a few people ahead of me, and it was way past my appointment time. She advised me she would ask Dr. Jacobson and let me know. After a few minutes, Dr. Jacobson called me into a room and then proceeded to yell at me about how "I'm wasting his time." He mentioned how it's not his " problem if I have a fear of dentists" and that I should "seek psychiatric help." I guess he came to this conclusion about my supposed fear of dentists after I had to cancel my previous appointment with him because I had the flu. The appointment was for a routine cleaning, and he proceeded to berate me about how he can't believe that I would make plans after my appointment (I was attending a Bridal Shower) because I wouldn't be able to eat anyway. Overall, the entire experience was awful. I have since found a new Dentist in the area who has a wonderful bedside manner and really does wonderful work. Never again.

I grew up going to Dr. Katz and when he retired Dr. Glass took over the office so I began seeing Dr. Glass. Well, long story short. Dr. Glass traumatized me to the point where I stopped seeing a dentist altogether. I went several years (about 5 maybe) without a dentist visit. Of course by this time my teeth hurt and I must find a dentist. Dr. Jacobson is located near my house so I made an appointment. Boy am I glad I did. I had several "teeth issues" that Dr. Jacobson had to treat. Wisdom tooth pulled, root canal and a few cavities. Dr. Jacobson and his staff were wonderful. He takes the time to really explain step by step what he is doing and he makes sure you are not in pain. I was not afraid to have this work done. Now, I go to the dentist twice a year and have no anxiety at all about going. Dr. Jacobson has a way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend him.

The cordless tooth polisher was great since and the entire mouth floss as the end was amazing as well. My favorite part of this office has got to be the TV'S ON THE CEILING so you can kind of zone out while they're making your teeth sparkle again. I got to catch up on some Netflix at my dentist, welcome to 2019. The entire office was VERY clean and the front desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly so I didn't wait long at all. However, the communication from reception has been disappointing. They often don't seem to know the status of cases, and when I asked if my tooth was ready, I simply received a "no," even though I had already received a text confirming it was ready. Scheduling appointments is also unnecessarily difficult, especially with one particular receptionist who rarely has availability and makes patients adjust to her schedule. The other receptionist is much nicer and communication with her is always easy. The dental team is great, but the front desk experience needs significant improvement.
