Not only did he look at it he measured it gave me the price of what it is which was incredible because I didn't know it was that valuable While I was there, he took my diamond solitaire my wedding band, and the diamond tennis bracelet, clean them all polish them up didn't charge me a penny what a sweet man I feel so secure with him that I'm going to leave my 2 carat diamond engagement ring to be sized.Its a beautiful store and I love the security, I had to ring a bell, and he came to the door and let me in and locked it behind us. I felt very safe and comfortable putting out my jewelry. He has some beautiful pieces there, and very high-end diamonds. We talked about redesigning my wedding band and engagement ring, and that will be the next project. I found him to be very reasonable, he's putting a safety chain on my tennis bracelet, and it wasn't out of sight in price. I have been looking for a jewelry store that I would trust my jewelry to leave and I feel very confident that they are very established after 17 years in business. I didn't realize there was this store here that is fairly close to my house which is nice. I stopped in and they only charged me $40 I think or $45 to tighten the ring. They were very nice. Unfortunately the ring got loose again, but they tightened it again without any charge which was very nice of them. When they were tightening my ring I was walking around and looking at the other items they had and they looked very nice. A variety of different jewels and stones available. I noticed some black onyx and Tahitian pearls which are my other two favorite stones other than diamonds. I should've asked if they have lab grown diamonds, but I didn't think to ask. The gentlemen was asking what kind of stone my ring was in the center because he's never seen such a color for a diamond and I told him it was a fancy blue diamond. He said that he's never seen that color before. Definitely recommend them for jewelry and other services they provide.

I was able to set the number portion of the date, but not the day. The woman behind the counter took it in back ti the watch fixer, then came back and said we were able to set the number on the date but what i came in there for. She told me that's not something they can deal with. If you can't fix watches don't say that you can. A complete waste of time and gas.
