Once I received my first set of aligners and signed Invisalign contract making initial payment the service I receive changed drastically. All of my appointments were rescheduled. All of them! Today was my last Invisalign appointment at 10am. I left at 11 because the doctor didn't arrive. The lack of consideration for my time is an unacceptable. If it wasn't for the fact that I had already made the Invisalign contract with him and started doing everything here I would've gone to a different dentist office by now, but unfortunately, I'm stuck with a Doctor Who selfishly is only concerned with his own time, not that of his patients.

In just one session she fixed my crown, which I had installed elsewhere but was unable to travel there. I talked to over 10-15 other clinics and the doctors either said it couldn't be fixed (even though it was a small chip) or they only wanted to replace it and wanted $1500 or so. At the right price, Dr. Rita Dargham fixed everything for me. Then she gave me some professional advice and recommended what else I might need to do. I didn't feel there was an attempt to force services, and I really liked that. I will definitely return to her in the future and recommend her. She is a professional, very open and pleasant person. I haven't had such pleasure working with any doctor in a long time as I did with her.

I brought a young woman there who was terrified of dentists because of a truly traumatic experience as a small child. I finally got her in the office, and their professionalism, gentle manner , special medication and equipment made it possible for her to get help she has needed for at least 10 years. I have not been traumatized by dental work in the past, but never enjoyed it lol. I have no reservation going to Dr Lopez at True Smiles, though. I went there in much pain from a wisdom tooth hoping that they would take care of me. My first issue began with the fact that they did not use a lead apron on me while doing X-rays. I was concerned about this and asked the technician if I could have one and she told me, "we don't use that here." I have never been to any dental office where they don't use any form of protection on their patients during X-rays. After x-rays, the doctor came in to see me for a brief moment and then I was told to wait for a proposed treatment plan. All I needed was 1 wisdom tooth pulled but the treatment plan consisted of redoing a filling (simply because the doctor didn't like how it looked) $133.00, removing a deciduous (baby) tooth that I have no issue with $3000, the cost for extracting 3 wisdom teeth $1,667.00 and the cost of a blood plasma treatment $575 that they strongly insist is necessary to heal quicker although they first told me it's optional. I went home with an extensive treatment plan and still in pain. The next day I called to schedule for 1 wisdom tooth removal without the blood plasma treatment. The appointment was made but soon after Samantha, the doctor's assistant, called to tell me that I couldn't make the appointment unless I had the blood plasma procedure done. She initially told me that the blood plasma procedure was optional...now it wasn't. I have had a wisdom tooth pulled before, at another dental office, without blood plasma procedure and guess what? It healed just fine. I didn't find this procedure to be necessary. What I did find, unfortunately, was that Dr. Ramjit would NOT help me if I didn't agree to the blood plasma up charge. So, still in pain, I had to call around to find another place that would see me and truly honor their Hippocratic Oath. I scheduled an appointment with this new office and they asked for a referral from the dentist. When I called Dr. Ramjit's office for help, they told me they don't give referrals and refused to help me. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Between not using a led apron to protect patients from radiation and not helping if you don't agree to their up charges, it's obvious to me that it's just another greedy office.

Let me tell you about this place…read more I came here because I was having pain in one of my teeth and wanted a simple exam and a professional opinion. However, instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, the dentist spent most of the time examining my gums then informed me that I had periodontal disease. I found this surprising because no previous dentist has ever mentioned periodontal disease to me. She explained that it was in the early stages and that the sooner I treated it, the better. According to her, if I waited, it would only get worse and become much more expensive to treat later on. The entire conversation felt like an attempt to sell me additional procedures I originally came in because I was experiencing serious tooth pain and wanted to know whether I needed a root canal. They did tell me I needed one but never clearly explained which tooth required treatment.(concerning) Instead, they quickly started discussing scheduling procedures and suggested beginning treatment that same day and returning later in the week to finish. Then came the costs: approximately $1,500 or more for periodontal treatment and $1,689 for a root canal. It felt like numbers were being thrown around without much explanation. I also felt pressured to agree to treatment on the spot. I declined the periodontal treatment and told them I would think about the root canal. I never agreed to move forward with any procedure. Since I was paying out of pocket, I was being cautious. A few days later, I discovered a large charge had been placed on my CareCredit account. When I called the office, I was told, "We thought you wanted to do the root canal." That was absolutely not true. I immediately demanded the charge be canceled and informed them that charging for a procedure I never authorized could be considered fraudulent. They agreed to cancel it but continued trying to convince me to proceed with treatment. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work at this office.
