The Dell laptop screw for the drive had Loctite on it, and I stripped out the screw and shorted the motherboard. I brought the dead device here and had them pull the drive for me. I replaced the customer's computer and migrated her data. The mistake cost me $50 in labor here plus the replacement laptop. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and pretty accommodating. After hearing nothing 3 weeks later I had to call them and get an update in which I was told they needed my password again to get back into the computer, I was told I would receive a call in a few days which I did and was told that it needed a new hard drive. I decided not to get the service done and a week later received a call on the day I planned on just picking it up without it being fixed. When I picked my MacBook up I was given the wrong charger which was filthy and I was told there was nothing that could be done about it and 2 screws were missing from the bottom of the computer and the ones that were in were in the wrong placement and stuck out of the bottom on the MacBook. I was contacted by Nick who is a tech there and he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Nick was wonderful and replaced the screws with some from his personal computer and ensured all the screws were placed properly. Nick also replaced my power cord for me without me even asking for anything to be done about it. The saving grace of this company in my opinion was the Tech Nick who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, 5 Stars for Nick and 2 Stars overall for the company.

From my very first telephone call to UBREAKIFIX in Glassboro New Jersey through my saying goodbye as I walked out with my repaired cell phone I received nothing but superb, friendly, and professional service from the staff at this repair outlet.
