They tech said "Sorry, there is nothing I can do." Excuse me. You broke a part and there is nothing you can do. It didn't come to you broken. So this is the second vehicle your technicians have broke parts on one of our cars and you think it is okay not to do anything about it. Parts are not cheap and they didn't go into your shop broken. Without an antenna a radio doesn't work and you find this acceptable. I will be contacting the insurance company and they can take it up with your business
