Typically pap's aren't the most fun experience and she helped make this appointment painless and stress free! She was professional, intelligent, personable and has a calm demeanor about her. I always get my physical once a year, and was seeking a new family physician. It's very important…read moreto me that my doctor has great bedside manner, and is very concerned about my health. My experience on yesterday with Dr. Gandy was a amazing and the entire staff customer service is phenomenal! When I first arrived at the facility, I did have issues with finding the building once I parked in the garage. I must say it's very frustrating when you get there, because they have different elevators for different floors. BUT........... Once I got to the 11th floor it was a breeze, and the front desk clerk Ashley instructed me how to get there easily the next time. The nurse was a sweetheart, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. When Dr. Gandy came in, I felt a weight off of my shoulders. I literally asked to get tested for every single thing from cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, and anything else that I could be tested on. I feel as you get older you should have yearly test on every single thing that could be a hazardous to your health. Dr. Gandy had great bedside manner, listened to my every concern, and was the SWEETEST!!!!! Since I'm a new patient I had to wait almost 8 months to see her, but it was so worth it. I most definitely see why everyone online rave about her, because it most definitely is true. She is one of the best family physicians that, I've seen since I've been living in Atlanta. This is officially my new family physician, and I couldn't be more happier. The staff where so friendly, and helpful which was a plus as well. Thank you guys for making my first visit here great!

Would not recommend this doctor who is physically incapable of discussing Covid prevention and care…read moreoutside of the "vaccine." I paid him a visit to discuss alternative ways to boost my immune system because I didn't want the covid "vaccine." He proceeded to tell me that I "must get the vaccine" simply because I'm a member of the community. I offered to discuss other clinically proven effective options and he replied that he could "see where this was going," as he was assuming I didn't have anything else to do with my day other than to schedule an appointment with him to argue about Covid. He even proceeded to tell me that people like me make his head spin. He even claimed that he is not my doctor when I told him I came in to have a discussion about this with my doctor. He was very unpleasant and physically incapable of completing thoughts or speaking rationally once he learned i didn't want to take the Covid vaccine. Would not recommend for anyone due to this bizarre, suspicious reaction.

Beware of sheep in wolfs clothing…read more I made an appointment because it was close to a year, and they wouldn't refill my blood pressure medicine, told me I had to see him first and on top of that I had to call the on call doctor to get his attention after going a week without my medicine, but he got very upset that I call his partner, then told me he didn't want me as a patient anymore. So don't be fooled bye that nice guy routine.
