Anyway, I just got off of 10-day just juice cleanse a couple of days ago. Although I've been eating solid foods again for a couple of days, I was craving some nutritious juice. The menu has a section called 'smoothies' and another section of the menus is called 'smoothies plus'. I noticed beets in one of the recipes under 'smoothies plus' and assumed it was possibly a juice. All the juice/smoothie recipes are listed under 'BAR#'.
