We started with calamari, crispy orange chicken and honey prawns. All of our appetizers were delicious and delivered to the table hot and fresh. My favorite was the Honey Prawns ($7.50) The prawns were encased in a delicious bread coating and deep fried. Almost like a corn dog but much better. When it was time for ordering our entrees one of the owners of the restaurant suggested that I change my order from Sesame Chicken to Mala Chicken ($15.50) with fried rice. ($3.50) Mala Chicken is chicken in a hot numbing sauce. The sauce is made with Sichuanese peppercorn, chili peppers and several spices that are simmered in oil. This dish was very good and one that I would order again.

Thai curries should marry the four tastes of sweet, salty, sour and spicy together in perfect harmony, but this curry just tasted unpleasant. It was far too sour and lacked seasoning badly. If I was basing my review on this dish alone it would be a one or two star, but the quality of the food the first time around means that I have to give Pok Pok a three (it would be a strong four if based on my first visit) I would definitely eat here again, but would just avoid the curry dishes - the stir fries, salads and appetisers are far more appealing by comparison. It's great to see restaurants like this opening in Swords village which is dominated by pub grub and fast food outlets, so I hope it gets the business it deserves as it does offer really fresh and tasty food served in generous portions at a good price.

The chicken skewers were a little dry but I did arrive just before closing (it seems to shut at 7.30pm) I have once seen a passenger manage to sneak a Diep curry onto a plane through security but I'm not sure I'd risk trying that! Service is not extremely fast but the food is freshly made and delicious and they are usually very busy also! Worth a try are there Duck Pancakes, their Currys and soups! I actually didn't have anything bad here... The view is obviously not that great, but if you like people watching - plenty of options to do so here :) and they have free wifi also (from the airport) So next time you depart or arrive here in Dublin - try it ;)

The reception and waiting areas are inviting and the inside of the restaurant is stylishly decorated; everything is made of wood and has lovely candles for an added touch. The prices were definitely reasonable for the quality of the food, although some of the staff seemed a bit snotty. On one occasion, a friend couldn't finish her meal and they wouldn't let her take the rest of it home, even though she hardly touched the plate, and there was no compensation offered - which I could not understand at all. Other than that, the food was fantastic. I had the breaded brie and it was to die for, and then I had the Asian noodles with chicken, and the staff brought out sweet chili sauce for me upon request, so thumbs up :). Also, the parking is validated at the reception desk so they'll stamp the ticket for you when you're leaving.

I had the salmon sashimi and sashimi salad, my friends ordered house yakisoba, teriyaki soba, seafood ramen, salmon teriyaki bento and Sushi platter C (salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri, Ebi nigiri, inari nigiri, California rolls, salmon avocado roll, ebi tempura roll) to share. The salmon sashimi was melt in your mouth good. The salad needed a little bit of citrus. My friends and sister enjoyed the food they ordered. Servings were more than adequate. We still had leftovers. Service was warm and friendly. I dropped my chopstick accidentally and the wait staff brought me a new pair without having to ask. They do take away and delivery. Parking can be an issue.
