He uses AI to answer and respond to calls. He took my appointment for service but wasn't there, telling me he was "at another call". He has had my laptop for a week and has never even looked at it to service it. He refuses to answer my emails to calls at all. I'm considering filing a police report at this point. When my 6 month old computer began to act strange and give those horrible messages telling me my computer was under attack and to call XYZ# so someone I didn't know could "fix" and "save" my computer, I panicked! Found GEFNET's number and decided to reach out to Greg to see what he said. As soon as I discovered he also worked with the Mattoon LIFT program I knew I had found a reliable, knowledgeable expert to take care of my problem. Greg was polite, did not try to impress me with "tech-no-talk", asked me a few questions, explained his prices and thanked me for trusting him with my equipment! A few days later I received a text informing me my computer was ready! The problems are resolved, the computer is in great shape and I have found the right Dr. FIX-IT for my system! I contacted Greg on Yelp and he responded right away I told him what I needed done and he gave me a quote and the estimated time it would take to get the job done he booked the appointment i dropped off my device and right when he said it would be done he called me up and said it was ready for pickup.
