I don't think I ever really went by there or through there in the 20+ years my parents lived down there, until 2023 when my dad passed away. I was amazed how well kept the grounds where and how kind the guys who maintain the grounds are especially Matt. I have drove around it a few times, and its easy access to get in and out. I see people's other headstones and gravesites some I might have known from the past others I just remember, but the grounds overall there are Soo beautiful and Im glad my dad is there and in an area he is not to far from the house, as the pole barn can be seen in a slight distance from my dad's headstone. This is truly a gem on 121 just a tad outside Decatur so its worth a look to drive, see headstones, or someone you love and miss who is at their final resting place. I miss my dad everyday and I am so glad he is there because its such a beautiful place and so well kept up!!!!

She not only assisted us with all the many things that needed to be done for the Services, but went above and beyond with her level of care and Professionalism. The Staff did an excellent job at ever step of the process from the time we entered the Facility, until they were released at the Re pass. Patricia stayed after hours to make sure we got all the finishing touches to the Families liking, guiding and suggesting us with her Years of experience. These things are never easy to deal with and trust me, I know. Having come from a very large Family in Indianapolis. We have had to go through this process many times. I only wish that we had Moran & Goebel in our City, with a Patricia Jackson, who's Compassion, experience and Strong Communication skills to guide other Families throughout the process of loosing a Loved One.

When we brought it to their attention they gave us a reaction of who cares. Forgot to mention they could find a minister for grave side services until the day of the burial. They allowed extra time for family and staff to say their goodbyes. We never felt rushed even at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. When I lost my husband unexpectedly in a farm accident, I was asked to choose a funeral home. There was zero hesitation on who I would choose! I once again witnessed the same Christ centered service I had become accustomed to in the healthcare setting. They guided me through each step and when needed they called others to help out. I will forever be grateful! Jeff Edwards also provided our family with a personal hand-sketched portrait of my husband which he drew himself. This portrait is a cherished treasure. When it came time to design my husband's headstone they also provided guidance and listened closely to my thoughts. Choosing a funeral home is one of the last heartfelt choices we make for our loved ones. I highly recommend Edward's Funeral Home.

I never saw anything paranormal, I just felt a very serene peace in this cemetery, almost a nostalgia for times forgotten. If you like old cemeteries or places, explore Greenwood Cemetery.
