They allowed extra time for family and staff to say their goodbyes. We never felt rushed even at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. When I lost my husband unexpectedly in a farm accident, I was asked to choose a funeral home. There was zero hesitation on who I would choose! I once again witnessed the same Christ centered service I had become accustomed to in the healthcare setting. They guided me through each step and when needed they called others to help out. I will forever be grateful! Jeff Edwards also provided our family with a personal hand-sketched portrait of my husband which he drew himself. This portrait is a cherished treasure. When it came time to design my husband's headstone they also provided guidance and listened closely to my thoughts. The man told me I was just going to have to sit down and wait. He said there was an issue with the rooms and the other family was promised the room and not the chapel and they needed to move things around. There where two men that came out into the hallway, sweating like crazy, and led us to the chapel. Our family members pictures where not set out, the bulletin was the other ladies the picture video was the other ladies picture video, the casket was set down crooked, the casket was pushed up against the wall it wasn't even under the lights. This was the most unorganized disgusting display of unprofessional behavior that I have ever seen. Go elsewhere please. The Staff did an excellent job at ever step of the process from the time we entered the Facility, until they were released at the Re pass. Patricia stayed after hours to make sure we got all the finishing touches to the Families liking, guiding and suggesting us with her Years of experience. These things are never easy to deal with and trust me, I know. Having come from a very large Family in Indianapolis. We have had to go through this process many times. I only wish that we had Moran & Goebel in our City, with a Patricia Jackson, who's Compassion, experience and Strong Communication skills to guide other Families throughout the process of loosing a Loved One.

One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.
