Really cozy lunch spot! There was a jenga set we played after we ate, and the music was really good. Food was overall solid, mac and cheese is by far my favorite. Oxtail is a must get if you go!

First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta dinner with seasoned rice and cabbage as well as the jerk rib tip dinner with Mac and yams. My order with the pasta ended up coming with Mac and not the cabbage I ordered. The pasta is ok tastes kind of sweet and spicy but the noddles were definitely over cooked. The seasoned rice doesn't really have any seasoning on it. The Mac, yams and jerk rib tips were the best thing I ordered today.

I noticed that this place had beef patty's and so we ordered 2 of those and a jerk chicken meal that came with rice and greens. The rice was delicious and so were the pattys, I wish they had cheese or chicken ones too. The jerk chicken was okay, is lacked a bit of flavor. However I did not like the greens they did not taste fresh.

Gee's has a new location, walking distance from UC! I was excited to try it. I received a friendly greeting when I walked in and was directed to check out the menu. I ordered the curry goat with plantains and cabbage. The goat was the most tender I have ever had. I was nervous that it would be hard to eat because of all the bones, but the meat just fell off the bone. Where the dish fell a little flat for me was in terms of flavor. The curry was present but had no spice and the plantains weren't ripe and sweet. Still, it was a great lunch and I had enough for two days! There's plenty of seating for a group. Worth checking out.

Absolutely fire food, plenty to eat. Current price for what i ordered is 15$, everything was INCREDIBLY delicious, but my favorite was the yams all the way. I could literally just eat a bowl of that lol Its relaxing in here, peaceful, good music, polite employees

I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for good Caribbean food. I had the oxtails, cabbage, corn bread and macaroni and cheese. Cashier/ staff does an amazing job of describing anything on the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

The menu looked amazing, so I drove us there. When we pulled up, I thought we had the wrong place. It is inside of an office building. Tip: Go to the second floor and make a left. The aroma of the food will lead your right to it. When we arrived, they had music playing and chill vibes. You can order and pay through the kiosk. After we placed our order, we went into the dining area. The food came out pretty quickly. I ordered 10 wings and coco bread. For my flavors, I selected the pineapple jerk wings and the honey jerk wings. The owner came out personally and brought my wings to me. The owner is a really solid dude. He gave us the backstory on the restaurant and told us about his homemade sauces. You can tell that he really is passionate about his business. The wings were smoked and sauced to perfection! And they are 10 for $10! Can't beat that price for the quality they are giving you. The coco bread was a nice addition, I used it to soak up the leftover jerk sauce I had in my container! My wife got the jerk salmon with fried rice and jerk yum yum sauce. Yes, you heard me right! Jerk Yum Yum Sauce!!! I had to steal a couple of bites off of her plate, and I shared one of my wings with her. She loved her meal, and the jerk yum yum sauce was phenomenal. We ordered The Hut Punch, which is sugar-free and comes with real fruit pieces. It was very refreshing and flavorful. Lastly, the customer service! We met the owner and his wife. They have managed to bring a piece of Jamaica to Ohio. When we were about to leave to head back to Columbus, I told my wife that I couldn't leave without getting some jerk yum yum sauce to go. I asked if they sold sauces to go. The owner went out of his way to go and purchase containers so that I could take some home. He didn't have to do that, but I am truly grateful that he did. I am now back in Columbus, and I have already started pouring on my fried rice and loving every bite! If you love Jamaican food, you have to try this place! Jerk Wings 1-5=5! Coco Bread 1-5=4. Salmon Fried Rice 1-5=5. Hut Punch 1-5=4. Jerk Yum Yum Sauce 1-5=5! Customer Service 1-5=5! Even though they are Bengals fans. #GoBrowns

It's hard to narrow down a favorite because everything we ordered was delicious, but if o had to I would say the chicken kebabs and stuffed peppers were the best. There were only 3 of us, so we figured ordering a few plates would suffice... except when our server told us we would need way more. We were a bit surprised to be told that everything basically came in twos or was a very small portion! (Confusing because when I think family style I think BIG plates) This is a TAPAS place... family style but small appetizers and drinks style restaurant!! So you probably won't leave here full!! The server was kind and very knowledgeable! She gave us plenty of time to pick and choose! We decided on bread w/ oil & salsa ($11), guac & tostones ($13), ceviche of the day ($22), 2 chicken skewers ($19), 2 pork belly tacos ($16), & 3 beef empanadas ($22.5) I will say all of the food was PHENOMENAL... chicken skewers were perfect (might be spicy for some), ceviche (red snapper our day) was my favorite... just a super small portion for $22, empanadas were perfect, and the oils and bread was top notch!! Seriously have nothing bad to say about the food (BRAVO Chef Jose Salazar.... You really know how to do your thing!!!!) I loved it and really enjoyed my time, but if you're looking for a fancy, cute, SMALL dinner vibe - this would be the jackpot find! Or even a drink/apps before a bigger dinner date. (But if you're looking for a traditional large family style meal, I wouldn't go here) Our bill ended up over $150, but when divided it was really only around $55 each!! Not too bad for a fun fancy meal! I would love to come here again and try more, especially knowing the menu has lots of daily rotations (ex. The ceviche) Thank you again for a lovely experience!!!

The lady stated that they don't answer if there is a steady flow inside, but it's very inconvenient when they say wait a time that could have been collapsed by a call-in. Not to mention, I have reservations about the neighborhood which is why I finally just drove. The other reason is because sometimes they are out of something. It could all be avoided if someone will just answer the phone. This happened to me today and the lady got my order wrong. I was frustrated by this point after waiting longer and to find out my order was incorrect.
