To be fair my air conditioners didn't get serviced by Bill, but my experience still definitely deserves 0 stars.
Bill called promptly following my online enquiry and made an appointment for 9am this morning. Then immediately took $396 from my credit card.
I started work at 06.30 and left at 08.30 to be home for my 9am appointment. At 08.26 Bill left a message on my phone stating 'I am here and will wait for five minutes'. He didn't answer my 08.32 or 08.33 calls. He then answered at 08.36 and said that he had left for his next job and that the traffic was busy so it would take 15 minutes to come back. I pointed out that would almost work out perfectly for our pre-arranged 9am appointment.
This clearly made Bill angry and he grunted 'no, I have to make another time'. I said I would ask someone else to do the job. He then texted to say my service fee would be refunded... Incredible. read more
