He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I loved that he made us feel at home and it was enjoyable! He taught us different poses and made it simple as possible. It was such a fun day! Don even makes bouquets for you as a prop during photo taking!! And they ARE BEAUTIFUL!! He seriously could be a florist too! LOL The week before our engagement photos he even called me to talk about attire and it was really nice of him to talk about what would be best to wear and he really wanted us to look perfect on that day and suggested many different outfits and even asked if he could see what we got planned to see if it would go well with the theme etc. it was really considerate of him to take the time to reach out to us and care about our wardrobe and how the pictures will look with certain attire. We've been using Emily for pictures of our son during his first year. I wanted 3,6,9, and 12 month…read morepictures, and she was able to let me create a package that worked for what we wanted. I had shopped around quite a bit and her prices were really fair for what we were asking. There are definitely other photographers out there with lower quality work that are charging a lot more. So far we have done 3 and 6 month pictures and they are great. During our first session my son was really fussy since he was teething and hadn't had much of a nap that day. I thought for sure we wouldn't get many good pictures because he was in such a bad mood, but Emily was able to catch him smiling, and we got a lot of really cute pictures! When it was time for our 6 month pictures we had scheduled a time to meet at our home for the shoot. Again my son was having a hard time getting a good nap in, I called Emily and asked if it was possible push back 30 minutes in the hopes that we could get at least a few minutes of sleep in so he wouldn't cry during our whole session. She was really flexible and told us to just call whenever he woke up. He was able to get a good solid nap in and we really appreciated the flexibility that day. And again the pictures were amazing. She has really been able to capture his personality and us as a family together. I would recommend Emily to anyone looking for a photographer in the StL area. She has done a great job capturing our son's first year so far, and I can't wait for our next 2 sessions. We wouldn't hesitate to book more sessions with her in the future!

We hired Millennium Productions for our wedding highlight video (which also came with "special…read morefeatures" such as our ceremony vows, introductions, speeches, and dances.) Our videographer, Judd, was professional, talented, and took the time to connect with my husband and I before our ceremony. We loved his artistic ability to incorporate the important details of our wedding into our highlight video; we felt that he really listened to us and what we wanted. The finished product was great; very professional, cleanly edited, and something that we will cherish forever. However, there were some slight communication problems in the weeks leading up to our wedding and the turnover time wasn't clearly explained beforehand (we waited 4 months for our 3 1/2 minute video, almost twice the amount of time we were initially told it would take.) We also were confused about the editing process and what exactly constituted as our "final edit." While ultimately our edit requests were met, I felt like I was being annoying by asking. Not a feeling you want when you've spent thousands of dollars on a service. All of these things were very minor though and we would still highly recommend them. All in all we're VERY happy and LOVE our video! If there were a way to give 1/2 stars, this would be 4 1/2 for sure!
