I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

Being called a racial slur ( nigg*r) and referred to as "the Black girl" is completely unacceptable. I don't care if they follow up now . It's not how you handle a business . Your employees should be a representative of you . Although I never used their services, the way this business handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I never received a follow-up call, email, or text regarding my complaint. I know my message was received because the employee contacted me with threats after I reached out to the business. I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. If you are Black or African American, I would strongly reconsider using this business. Update respond back to the owner . You did not reach out regarding this at all, either personally or professionally. She works for you and is a reflection of your business. So, in other words, you're saying she's allowed to make racial comments as long as they weren't directed at a customer? You haven't returned a single call or spoken with me to even review the evidence I have. That evidence includes three separate police reports all stating the same thing, as well as Facebook messages containing racial slurs. You took her word and that was the end of it . Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . That response alone shows the type of business you choose to stand behind. No worries, though. My review will remain posted.

This is more of a critique of the owner and not the team. But that being said, this most event…read morevisit was not great. I go to Valvoline basically religiously for my oil changes so I'm used to their operating methods. I travel all over so this was my first trip to this location. 1. After I had my service I was told they don't accept the company coupons. I had just gotten a coupon in the mail the week prior for $25 off my oil change. They wouldn't accept it. So now I'm there with my service completed and I have to pay full price. 2. The guys took FOREVER to get us in and done (50min just waiting to pull in). I realized after I got in why, they tried to offer me NO JOKE... 5 different additional services and this was adding much more time to the flow of people who just want to pop in for a quick oil change. I get that you're trying to offer more services and all that but you're not an automotive repair shop and that's why people go through a quick oil change place like this... so you can get in and out without it being 90min ordeal. I will continue to go to Valvoline but definitely not this location

I just got out of a bad experience with a dishonest auto repair shop in Winchester…read more I had used A1 in the past & was happy with their service then, so I decided to go back to them to check the condition of my brakes on my 2016 VW GTI. After A1 checked the brakes out, I got a call back from Randy saying that everything looked good & no repairs were necessary! What a pleasant change from my last experience. I would highly recommend A1 Auto Service Center! I'll be using them from now on with any auto repairs I need to have done!

Now, I will tell you, we have patronized their establishment since we purchased the vehicle for regular maintenance, and they have always been wonderful. However, it was not until we were in real distress that the true value of this establishment shone through! Ben Shabib has been working with us from the beginning, and he is truly a Godsend. In addition to knowing my wife and I BY NAME and greeting us with professionalism and respect EVERY TIME, he PERSONALLY took an interest in the status of our repair job. Regardless of what vehicle you drive, A1 is truly one of the best service centers I have ever known. If you have car troubles, and are within three states of these guys, it is WORTH THE TOW to get your vehicle to them. I could go on, but I am worried about running out of space in this review.
