So actually, Wes didn't do any mold remediation work for me, because he explained that I need to do…read moretesting and that there is a conflict of interest if a company does both the testing and remediation. He recommended three testing companies. We got the testing done and Wes reviewed the report and indicated that the mold levels didn't merit remediation. He explained thoroughly the process and expected value, and helped us decide that the potential gain probably wasn't worth the cost. I actually had him do a site visit (very reasonable trip cost), just to be sure, and it confirmed our decision. Net it out, integrity and ethics. Would be my first call for any job in his category.

I agree with Chad M. They responded to a leak quickly and dried it out. I was very impressed with…read morehow friendly and professional the team showed. (For that, they would get 4 Stars). But when it came to the repair, they did the bare minimum or less. They failed to replace the insulation that was pulled out to allow for the drying. I asked if they did and they said yes, but when I looked I found they did not. I reached out to the office and they said they would address it. Other things were promised but not done. When a cut to the drywall in the ceiling was done, a lot of insulation fell out. They used their drying machine which blew more insulation out and also away. When I asked about replacing that insulation, I was told it would be done after the dry wall repair. They did not. When I called, they said I didn't lose any insulation. The person that made that statement never looked at the attic or the hole, so not sure how they made that determination. Overall: If you have an issue, they seemed good with responding and sorting it. When it comes to repairs, find another contractor. I think they are too busy and too focused on responding to the emergencies.

They waited exactly 6 months to start the rebuild and worked one day and a half before owners pulled them off the job. No explanation or reason given. We were very patient and were kind to them but the owners turned on us suddenly. We had picked out all of the items needed and were very happy to wait. They took all of the rebuild money and ran and we waited several months before they returned our personal items. We reported them to the better business bureau and the owner said he could care less about them. Just say no!

I'm always one to do research and read reviews prior to calling anyone out to do work on my house,…read moreI read a few reviews of Mike's business when my cabin flooded and they were great so I gave him a call. The reviews don't lie, if you're in need of any kind of water restoration this is your guy. Mike and came out a few hours after I called them, my wife and I had got to our cabin after a week long of freezing temps to find our toilet had cracked an the water had been running for a day, we had about an inch of water in the bathroom, and both bedrooms were soping wet. Mike and reassured us that they would take care of everything. Gave us an instant quote over the phone and were honest and upfront about everything. Mike is not out to get you, he is a very honorable guy who's making a living helping people. He has no interest in overcharging you. Mike and his partner Eric got started right away, pulling up the carpet, removing the vinyl bathroom floor, and testing the moisture levels in the walls. Within a short amount of time they had fans under everything and large dehumidifier set up. They assured us they would save everything they could and that it wasn't as bad as we originally thought. Mike returned the next day and checked to make sure everything was working properly, tested the moisture levels, and adjusted some of the fans. Mike and Eric were thorough and professional throughout the entire experience. They saved my cabin, saved the floors, and even saved the carpet. I can't talk enough about the work Mike and Eric did and how hard they worked to get it done. In the end, I was very happy I called Mike, overall it was around $1,000 and was within dollars of his phone estimate. For the amount of work done, the hours spent, equipment used, and how little damage was actullay done after Mike got to work, it was money very well spent and don't usually say this but was happy to write that check. I literally couldn't give a higher recommendation. Mike also runs his own contracting company, which he does great work, I'll be writing separate review there for some work I had done after this incident.
