I called the location in the morning and when I mentioned that I thought it was head gasket issue the man on the phone scolded me and told me I had no idea what I was talking about. He gave me a grandiose lecture on how he knows all about cars and has been doing it for x amount of years. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He called me several days later and told me it was NOT a head gasket. I then took my car to the Meineke on the same road (where the man was very kind by the way) and they told me that my car did, in fact, have a severe head gasket issue. Not only is this mechanic extremely disrespectful, but he also apparently has no clue what he's talking about. I'm sorry but if a 20 year old woman knows more about cars than you do you may want to rethink your career. What a waste of time and energy.

So we stayed the chilly night and the next morning John sent a tow truck to pick us up. I had been traveling from Florida to Milwaukee and had previously stopped at a Mr. Transmission to fix the transmission (clearly was not fixed..) John and Curtis were amazing and got us back on the road by the end of day! I am so blessed and grateful to have met such an amazing person with a wonderful character! My brother's review: John is a man first, and awesome mechanic next! Had to get towed in to his shop unintentionally, and unbenounced but still service was rendered gleefully. The vehicle was of a family members, but treated as my own. John was more honest about what all could be wrong, but still reassuring of what could also be done. The part was miniscule but needing to be ascertained elsewhere. Although we waited hours till arrival of the part, John tailored to our needs and wants. All in all, made an preordained tragedy into a parable situation. Thanks again.

I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Great guys, AND affordable prices that equals the quality of services when you need an all in one! Acme Auto Parts Inc. left a great first and last impression. Robert was the great guy that assisted me. I had a broken passenger window due to attempted car theft, and Robert was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. We played phone tag for about a week or so due to my busy schedule but Robert was always so willing to work around the chaotic schedule. Finally, I was able to have the work done and it took about an hour. Fast and efficient! The mechanics understood the assignment and handled everything perfectly and correctly. I was able to get in and out without an issue, and still was able to do the rest of my errands right before picking my kid from school. The establishment was well maintained and a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was surprisingly clean due to all the testosterone lol! Good stuff fellas!! Acme Auto Parts Inc is close to home which makes it very convenient for myself. Quality is an understatement and they're definitely worth the money. Absolutely!! a place I would recommend! I was given a quote over the phone and told it could be done immediately and would take about 30 minutes. After we finished breakfast, my husband and I drove over there. The employees were very friendly and fast. They began work on my car immediately and it was finished within 45 minutes of my arrival. They had coffee and magazines and the locals (obviously employees or regulars) going in and out were entertaining and funny. The price they quoted me was what I paid, AND, it was the same price I was quoted at Pep Boys a couple months earlier. I expected them to be more expensive because it was a smaller business but it wasn't! I would definitely recommend this business and I'd much rather give my money to a family business like this, than a big chain, any day. Five happy stars.

We ran into this place on its 'secret' customer appreciation day. yes, we got free hot dog and pop. Beside that, the young representative gave me a tour underneath the car and for the first time in my life, I was shown by a mechanic where the oil filter is actually located and was explained to what a canister oil filter is.
