He has installed windshield wipers for me, the piece that opens & closes my center console which I broke on accident, my car door handle on my passenger side, replaced my various car fluids, provided answers to questions that some mechanics won't even give a proper answer to, and has directed me to specialty shops for whatever I may have needed things to get done (i.e. alignment place, brakes place, timing belt/water pump place, etc.). The cost for my 2005 Honda Civic passenger door handle was over $200 for a 100% authentic part, so of course, doing his due diligence, he had to make sure the thing was really broken before he charged me the ridiculous price for the part. It was definitely broken, so he took apart my passenger door not just once, but twice to install the new door handle. Talk about 5 Stars customer service! This former bolsa auto parts has been around since forever. My father used to order parts here all the time before he retired his auto mechanic shop. Even today, I was able to come in and talk to the owner buying an expensive part for a great deal for my Acura TSX to fix my check engine light. You should definitely speak to the owner here as I saw her juggling 2 phones while speaking in many languages (English, Vietnamese, Spanish). However she can multi-task and still cater to me, helping me to order a part that fits my car perfectly. It is located in the plaza and there are ample of parking spaces. This store has been a lifesaver for my car and it seems that the owner has a lot of spaces and inventory to store a lot of parts. Most parts when ordered, will come within 2 days. I am glad I made the long drive from Huntington Beach just to this location solely due to the convenience and value. Yes, it is just that good.

He helps me get the perfect package of super glue, a package containing 4 small tubes for less then the price of 1 larger tube, I was ecstatic because I generally throw them away because they get dried up and useless before I use ore than a few drops. anyway he then asks me about my choice of oil and checks the adds for me and finds a better brand for cheaper that has a special for a free oil filter with the purchase. So yes I like saving money. I am sure my mechanic will use the filter at my next appointment. So everybody wins. Basically I was given great service by Victor or Vincent sorry I can't recall, he helped me above and beyond while the guy that was working with him was on the phone the entire time and it didn't sound like a work call based on the F bombs he dropped. I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

The engine failure was not caused by the Tomioka turbo. The turbo held together through an internal engine implosion. The blade damage was minimal and no damages to the bearing, which shows the strength and build quality of the unit. EDO assisted with obtaining the missing components for this pre-owned kit. They supplied the required bolts, nuts, gaskets, couplings and the sensor in a fast and efficient manner. Due to current pricing and inflation, the total parts cost was about 1,000 dollars. The turbo kit has performed above expectation. My vehicle produces 361 hp and 301 tq at the wheels on flex fuel. I expect solid service from this pre-owned kit. If any issue arises, I take comfort in knowing a long-standing shop such as EDO Performance is available to support me.
