However, The manager let us bring our 15 year old spaniel in and stay by the door. They even brought her a bowl of water. This is a sports bar atmosphere. Lots of noise. There was a guy attempting to play music when we arrived, but thankfully he was wrapping up. The food was good. Our party of 6 had a variety of different sandwiches. All were delicious. I had the Jalapeño burger, which was excellent. Our server was friendly and helpful with our selections. The food came quickly, and, as I mentioned, she brought water for the canine guest. We would return if we are in Belle Vista again. (As long as they don't have the music guy.)

That was The Botanical which is a few blocks from the center of town. Calm and quiet here, they have a full bar of draft beers, wine, spirits, canned and bottled beers. I was pleased to spot something imported and enjoyed my Gaffel Kölsch while posting a review and then figuring out what's for dinner tonight. Friendly, laid-back service here. They have some TVs tuned to sports but it seems like it's more European football than American football that catches the interest at The Botanical.
