We emailed him to find out when he was coming, and lo and behold, his workers were there the next morning. They did a very poor job of edging, very crooked, no straight line, and used the slightest amount of mulch. As I said, the estimate never explained how much mulch he intended on using. Just a number estimate and we never saw Eric again. Beware, before you use him.

In the driveway extension areas, they clearly cut corners: the base was practically nonexistent, leading to immediate cracks and weeds springing up through what was supposed to be a "new" driveway. They've come back twice to slap on temporary fixes, but unsurprisingly, the problems keep returning because of their shoddy foundation work. Getting them to honor their warranty was a nightmare and took months of waiting. To top it off, their crew showed zero professionalism--rather than politely asking to use the restroom, they urinated on our shed right in view of our security cameras. Save yourself the frustration and choose a contractor who actually takes pride in their work and respects your property.

Alright, so technician came as scheduled, rolled out all his equipment, never seen so many. This guy was lit and cleaned all ducts and vent's one by one around 40 minutes, I was wondered maybe something goes wrong, usually when ordered duct cleaning it's a little bit faster and came to ask if he needs some help, he said all cool and he wrapping up in 10 minutes, few spots left.
