They missed the main sidewalk that we use to get to our vehicles from our homes (this impacts not only homeowners but also delivery drives etc). I reached out to them directly and asked if they could come back and COMPLETE the job they were asked/paid to do by my HOA and I was rudely disregarded. Not only did they fail to correct the issue they never even bothered to call me back. The snow/ice stayed on the sidewalk for OVER a month until it eventually melted on its own. Year after year it's always the SAME issue with this company. I do NOT recommend them. Especially for snow removal. We complain every single year.

We really didn't know much about the newer style tiles or grouts and she was a huge help. We were never pressured about what we liked and she really steered us to the best selections for our bathroom. I would recommend Morris to anyone....and the experience was better than that tile place near the big hardware store on Mountain Road. We were remodeling an old tub to a stand up shower and needed tiles and other supplies for the job…read more We purchased beautiful tiles by Roca, grout by Mapei, a Schluter niche frame, chrome jolly strips and green waterproof sealant for the walls. The salespeople helped me select the tiles and educated me about the paint and all the Schluter products to make my project contemporary and beautiful. They also recommended colors for the grout and the smooth multi stone trim tile for the niche and floor. The only place they failed was in providing me a sufficient amount of Jolly strips for the edges of the shower and the niche. They sold me 3 instead of 4 causing the contractor to have to return to the shop to get the fourth strip. That's why they get 4 stars instead of 5. Prices and quality were very good with no damaged tiles.

When I called to set up a time, I spoke with the owner and he was very pleasant and personable. Later, when the problem somehow resolved itself, I called him back to tell him that I did not need him to come out after all. Despite it being late in the day and close to the time when he was supposed to show up, he was still courteous and polite and explained that, if the problems were to occur again, to simply call back to reschedule. I was very pleased with his customer service and will definitely be requesting his company if we end up needing someone after all!

We asked RJ III what he thought we needed. He suggested we fix a depression area this year and next year we will talk about the 25 year old driveway and the options for resurfacing or replacing. RJ III said this would let us walk into a relationship and evaluate how the company performed to our satisfaction on one piece of work instead of so much work at one time. In one day the team showed up and removed a large section (the size would be a standard driveway) and brought the grade up with layers of dirt and rock and then put dirt on the high side to make sure the water from the highest part of the property flowed across the driveway and no longer puddled up to continue creating a depression. If you live in Pasadena... you know that sand moves where the water will take it... They added topsoil, seeded and put straw down. They even put a curb on one section. All in one day!

I am a real estate…read moreagent & I've been in the business for 20 years and I have to say when I walked into Eagle Title today I was blown away by the professionalism, the friendly service, the accommodations & everything was amazing and I sat down thinking oh my God the fees are going to be high to my seller and I'm going to have to try to negotiate at the table! (Most of the time I review fees before hand but I did not get a chance I only glanced for this one). It seems most title companies these days are trying to charge and gouge sellers astronomical fees when they are not the chooser of the title company! I was pleasantly surprised at the "NORMAL" rates. Our title attorney went around the table and introduced herself shaking hands with each person, Thank you Brooke! You were amazing!! We stayed for 1.5 hours, I don't think anyone wanted to leave!! We all chatted and told stories, had some of the nice treats and drinks they provide, it was like a community event at a luxurious hotel!
