I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.

I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. I hired them for a plumbing issue in my yard that needed to be corrected prior to putting in an above ground pool. I had originally been given a "diagnosis" and that is what I hired them for. Shortly into the job, Kevin became concerned that we were dealing with a bigger issue. He fully evaluated the situation and presented me with the best way to fix it - and fix it right. It turned into a much bigger job than I originally thought but I was very thankful that now it is fixed correctly and he didn't just patch the problem and move on. I then hired them to level my backyard for the placement of an above ground pool. 12x24 ft. The contractor who actually installed the pool said he had never seen a "more perfectly level, square or compacted pad ever - they were spot on". Kevin is extremely talented, detail oriented and quite a perfectionist. Both he and Osman have a work ethic that is amazing. They are timely, honest and I feel like the price was very fair especially given the excellent outcomes. Highly recommend.
