He was able to come out the same day. He then arrived on time, inspected the damaged area and the entire roof and told me that my roof is still great and that he could get the damaged area patched up the same day. The price he quoted me was almost unfair, to him. Outside of his super reasonable pricing, I also detected honest feedback and passion to his work. I had a few more companies lined up that afternoon originally, I ended up not needing them to come out after I spoke to Bret. I'm very happy and thankful with the timely help he rendered, and I have no hesitation to reach out again when my roof or fence needs upgrade! I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.
