When I pointed it out to Carlos the installer he said it was standard overhang which were longer than the original estimate. They corrected one of the overhangs but refused to correct the rest. Then Carlos was grinding / polishung the end of the granite and destroyed one of the new cabinet drawers. at first they denied doing it, then admitted doing it but weren't going to make it right and said that it was in my contract to expect damages to walls, cabinets etc. Then Lia told me they're not going to fix anything and I was on my own! Recently, due to house shifting, the full glass door had become misaligned and I called to the company to see if they could come out to make an adjustment. Literally, with in 15 minutes, Randy returned my call said he'd contact Mark, one of the original installers of my bath. Within 2 minutes after that, Mark called and I gave him the lowdown. He said he was in our area returning from another job and met me within 10 minutes to look it over. Since he'd left his tools at the previous big job he had to come back to do the door. 2 days later as planned, he called ahead and he stopped by for 5 minute job which corrected everything. Give Mark and Randy kudos for quick helpful service.

After researching five kitchen remodeling companies, we decided on Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen in…read moreGreenville, SC. In addition to an update in the owner's suite bathroom, we also had a fairly large kitchen makeover and a redesign of our Butler's Pantry wine cooler & cabinet. We had new quartz counter tops installed, repainting several cabinets & the island, installed several appliances and finished with new backsplash and cabinet hardware. Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a broad spectrum of bath & kitchen selections with sales staff that are comfortable in making the right selections for your home design project. Also, and this is key to a successful remodeling project, Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a very talented group of experienced craftsman(s) which is the "secret sauce" in being satisfied with the final product. Mark was our woodworking craftsman who had to design very specific kitchen drawers (like 18) and complicated appliance installation(s). Our painter, Alex, was exact, no mess and the finished cabinets & island are easily showroom quality. The last talent of the kitchen redesign team was the backsplash expert, "Naz" who installed three walls of travertine tile in a complicated diagonal design. Naz is a "Mini-Michelangelo". All the guys were respectful of our property, most of the preparation & cutting was done outside and every evening they would clean the work areas. A suggestion to the Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen management for a perfect five rating is better communication with the customer on the various work dates. Short of that issue, they do a very professional job. Overall, we would recommend Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen to our friends.
