We own a party rental business and were having issues with our current linen vendor, reached out to GBS and they offered everything we need. Several linen materials, colors, and sizes, with a large inventory, so don't have to worry about being out of stock. Easy online process to request new linen for the next weeks orders. Work with real people who are available for phone calls with any questions. Deliveries and pickups directly to our door so we save time on transportion. So far, it's been a great decision to make the switch to GBS for our linens! read more

was familiar with using this company working for other event companies. Service was ok, but the quality of the tablecloth was not the same quality offered by this company in the past or on a par with the quality offered by other vendors we use. read more

I own a catering company, and I've been ordering linens from GBS for several years. They are always reliable, fast, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them! read more

I work for a very popular Bay Area wedding venue and we have trusted GBS with all of our linen needs. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! They respond promptly and are extremely efficient. Special shout out to Aaron who has been amazing throughout the craziest wedding season in history. Thank you, GBS! read more

We were blown away by the quality of the service and linens provided by GBS for our daughter's very special first birthday, at my MIL's house in RSM. Even though his was probably a small event (~60 people) compared to what they usually do, they really came through for us as if we were a huge important account. Everything was perfect about our linens, from start to return- not a single issue. Just by me sending them an email photo of the party's theme (children's book "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom") and a list of table sizes a bit before the party, GBS was able to match the colors perfectly and provide us with 6 beautiful bright fuschia and orange table cloths and 60 napkins of the same colors. There was not a blemish on one of the pieces; all looked brand new, and were thick and luxurious. See the pics, including the one of the book as a table centerpiece! We are still getting complements on this party's layout about 2 weeks later. It was totally affordable when compared with any of the local competition. And it really is a 'mom-and-pop' shop where service is clearly an issue of pride... based on my interactions with them, I can't imagine them letting a customer of any size down. We were originally on the fence about getting professional linens for a smaller scale event like this, and thinking to maybe just go with plastic table covers. We are so glad we went with GBS instead... really brightened up the whole party! I'm a long-time Yelper and feel the need to call out quality when I see it... GBS is a company I would definitely use again! read more

See all

Aaron at GBS was great to talk to and was very detailed when giving me information about my order. Our company has been using GBS for years and they always come through for us! Their prices are reasonable and the service is great! I would highly recommend them! Thank you GBS! read more

When they are on they are on, but when they are off dang they really screw up. My company uses gbs for all our laundry of our house linens. My biggest problem with them is they don't always send back the right linen. Many of times we have received our order back with the correct amount of linens but not ones owned by us. gbs has chips in all their linen to distinguish what's theirs and what's not many of times we have sent out our linen only to receive their chipped linen in return. For awhile we never really cared till we were put on COD for $700 worth of unpaid linen. When we tried to explain the situation they said sorry there is nothing we can do. No problem that was our fault for not paying attention. Their other big problem is everytime they get us new drivers we some how have linen disappear orders go missing something goes wrong. It seems like right after the holidays they fire their entire delivery team and hire a new team. It's very frustrating and each year I have to send an email explaining my dissatisfaction. The biggest upside to gbs is their mon-wed-fri delivery schedule with no delivery fees. If it wasn't for that I would send all our linen business to signature. read more

Great products been using them for a couple of years now, but lately their service has left A LOT to be desired. They are always running late and I'm constantly being told that they are understaffed.I get it and can accept it being late once or twice, but its been happened wayyy too often now. They promise me one time and when they don't show up. I call get told a different time or that they'll send it via courier and then when it finally arrives it shows up super late or the next day. I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't request my stuff several days in advance. Very disappointed :( read more

Nice linens (which gets them the one star), but these folks can't seem to grasp the concept that when a delivery is scheduled for a specific time their showing up an hour or two late doesn't cut it! It's not like you can set the tables and magically place the cloths underneath everything later. On top of that, they don't even extend the minimum courtesy of giving you the "heads-up" that they are going to be late, it's up to you to call their office when they've missed the appointed time and listen to their lame excuses. This got to be SOP with GBS, so now Signature Party Rentals gets all of our business. read more

Beautiful linens, professional service and great to work with!! We do multiple events per year and they have lots to choose from and plenty in stock to handle our large requests. Overall the good quality and generous quantity make them the perfect vendor for our university. read more

Very unprofessional, dishonest and unethical!!!! The staff lies and tried to charge an EXTRA 75$ to deliver my linen. I was hung up on by 3 staff trying to get them to deliver my linen. EVEN THE OWNER WAS RUDE!!!! DIDN'T EVEN CARE HER STAFF HAD HUNG UP OR LIED TO A CLIENT... Oh well, I'm sure the IRS will help get to the bottom of businesses like this... read more

Dropped off linens yesterday to be laundered & was greeted by a girl who forgot she was working in customer service. I should have taken my linens elsewhere just based on her attitude. She even rolled her eyes when I was asking questions, nice touch. I never had to drop off linens before but since the sales rep was just as rude & wouldn't schedule a pickup, I had normal questions that the receptionist should have been happy to answer. Then I had to haul all the linens to the back of the building & be rudely greeted by the staff receiving linens. They made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience as a customer. I was blown away how much they lack in customer service, from the sales rep to everyone at the Anaheim location. I will never spend a dollar there again. read more

This is only for our driver, Ricardo, who is the single greatest asset this company could possibly have. He is on top of everything all the time, always nice, has great organizational skills and a genuine desire to make sure everything is perfect all the time. He always has a smile on his face, and is a super cool guy in general. He has fixed any problems I have had, and is the best driver I have had, and I have had like 6. read more

We use GBS on a weekly basis and are always happy with the quality and delivery! Our driver is awesome and shows up at the same time every Tuesday. GBS has been patient and worked with us when we have forgotten to order linens, or accidentally ordered the wrong ones. Janet is our sales rep and she has made a point to make a trip out here and sit down with all of our Catering Sales Directors to go over new linen options and pricing, and even brought us some goodies! She is so sweet and helpful, we really appreciate our relationship with this company and Janet! read more

I've also had my share of issues with delivery and the staff at GBS Linens. I had used them for years when my business was in Dallas, Texas with no trouble. Like some of the other reviewers, the Anaheim location had trouble delivering my items in a timely manner, and customer service was indifferent to fixing the situation. They also weren't the least bit interested in how this affected my business. I had to find an alternative solution to the problem at considerable time and expense to me. I now use a different service for all my linen needs. read more
