As they were blowing the balloons I noticed they were over filling them I asked for them not to do that but they just stared at me. As a result of the over filling a few balloons popped in the car. I asked them to bag the balloons it was very windy they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Fast forward I take them to the drop off location I arrive by 6:30pm to set everything up. The service was 3 pm the next day. I get a call while at my brothers funeral that all the balloons were down. They checked the cameras and noticed that around 10pm the night before the balloons started to deflate. I have experience with balloons there's no way they should have deflated that soon. I didn't want to ruin my moms wishes my best friend had to emergency call in a balloon company to try and replace the balloons before the repass. This was by far one of the most stressful events I've experienced. I was so disappointed. I will not be returning and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else on such a special occasion.

Trying to figure where to enter was a bit confusing and I didn't want to roam around carrying two tanks so I walked in through the back gate and was immediately able to find a staff member. They took my tanks and handled the refill quickly and efficiently. Once filled, we headed to the front of the shop to pay. Pricing is based on the number of gallons they actually put in rather than a flat rate tank exchange. Coast has become my go‑to spot simply because it's close by, the process is easy, and I much prefer the value and efficiency of refilling instead of doing a tank exchange.
