I have a massive leak that now is affecting my whole home and me, my wife, my 3 year old and 4 month old need to leave our home and have servpro gut and rebuild our mast bathroom, guest bathroom, master bedroom, and walk-in closet! The best part, this guy shows up today, and asks how often we use the shower... like as if we are using way to much. It's a shower we need to use a shower. And just leaves, doesn't call back the General contractor, no return phone calls NOTHING. insurance is looking at almost 100k worth of damage and this company won't even return a phone call, or provide his insurance. Mistakes happen, but how you handle your business after the fact says a lot more. Stay clear!
