Came to our home over two weeks ago to quote a job to replace flooring with new plywood with LVT flooring. Stated he would like to have the installer come by with him in a day or so to look at the job. We went into the store and picked out flooring. We expressed that we wanted to get the job done the first week of May. A week later we were back in the store and the person we talked to said he got with the owner who stated he call to set up time first of the week. Another week later still no call. Went to the store to take back the sample. The same gentleman stated he would give the owner the message stating we are still waiting on him. Called two days later spoke with a lady about not hearing anything. She stated she Would have him call me. Two days later I stopped by the store, a young girl asked if she could help and my name. The owner came out from back as I was explaining to her that we have been waiting on him for over two weeks. He addressed her as if I was even there. He told her " I will call him Monday". I asked who he is referring too? He stated - you. Couldn't even address me directly. I suggested he not call me and that he business manner is awful. He statement was "whatever".

My last conversation was the original drywall person he had to help with this job was not to be trusted. A week went by. Then Two weeks. No word from my original source. Owner phones me to decide on a time to bring by the hardwood. Says my original contact is ill with the flu. Still no response from him. Later told he was dealing with a personal issue. Scheduled work was finally to begin. The person that showed up was the person I was told was not to be trusted. Things went from bad to worse. I had a family member that would be at the home while work was being done. The 3 workers had use of a 1/2 bathroom. They used my private bathroom which they had to enter a closed off bedroom door. They raided my garage fridge and drank all sodas. They left soda cans and food trash laying around. They went through my Halloween candy and ate it. After working an 8 hour day I most days came home to 2 trashed bathrooms, trash to pick up, and a home that reeked of cigarette smoke. My garage door and the door into my home would stay open as they smoked just at the garage door and the smoke carried into my home. One of the workers stole a Nintendo Switch Game Console. Criminal masterminds that they were used my Nintendo Account and changed the icon and name. Owner has ignored my request for reimbursement or to even answer my texts. I will be filing with the BBB and a police report. All in all they did a job. It is a decent job. It could be better. Some planks are not flush. Leaving uneven areas. I made them redo areas I found with dented and splintered corners. I would expect better workmanship when spending 16K on floors. Some days they worked 2 hours some days they worked 4. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. It should have taken 2 weeks tops. I would give negative stars if possible. They have been given time to make this right.

Neal had the best quote in a competitive market. We did full replacement of carpets on one floor, (and 2 sets of stairs) and LVP on another floor. They finished in 3 days and left a perfect jewel in their wake. How lucky we are to have found just such a gem!
