Layers of tile on top of linoleum on top of tile had been installed in the kitchen. Marvin Ashburn refinished my original hardwood kitchen floors to their former GLORY!! Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled. He's extremely knowledgeable, which is most helpful when deciding timing of refinishing given variations in temperature and humidity in our area. He's also fair and worth every penny you'll spend. I highly recommend Marvin and would hire him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

The installers were not professionals, left tools, trash in my bathroom daily. They took a chip out of my vanity and chipped my new floor tiles. It just seemed like they didn't want to do this job. They came back to remove the bench due to a cracked tile behind it and to regrout the shower floor as it had holes in it. I called and asked the owner to come out and take a look at the job. He couldn't understand why this install was so difficult!! He did comp me money off the job. However, I have an ugly shower that no matter how low the shower curtain is, I have water on the floor. I had to call Myers Plumbing to come out and fix the broken shower valve only to find the installers had used a wrench on the shower pipes and bent them. Save your sanity and shop around for professionals that can back up their work.

Stay away... If I…read morecould rate them without any stars, I would. I purchased 300' for 1"x12" on 8/21/21 for tongue and groove lap siding for interior renovation. I was not able to make it to their warehouse before the closed, so they sat it outside. When I arrived on 8/27/21, I found the material wrapped in plastic and banded, sitting outside. I unpacked the bundle and discovered that the boards were in terrible shape. They had crushed several of the grooves trashing about 4' on the ends of each board, deep gouges in the face of others, and several of the boards were mildewed. I should have left it, but I had contractors scheduled to be at my cabin the following day. So, I salvaged what I could, which ended up being 71' in total loss. I expected 10% loss or so out of any lumber, but this was way above and beyond normal. This amount was excessive to me, so I contacted first Nicole (office worker) about a refund to my bank account that same weekend while the contractors were working on the house. She indicated it would not be a problem that they would process when they returned after vacation. The timeframe came and went and nothing happened. I then called and talked with the owner, Charles Wells on 9/6/21. The first conversation went well and he said they would make it right. He had to talk with his supplier and would be back in touch. He never called. I contacted him again 3 days later and he said that I would have to return the material in order to get a credit. I told him that I didn't have it, that it had all been cut up when salvaged. He said that he understood and would talk to his supplier and call me on 9/10/21. He never called. I called today, 9/13/21 and the owner will not answer the call. Left a message for the owner to call me. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from these people, simply don't. Their business model is to charge your bank account in advance, giving you no recourse with charge backs or disputes. Their customer service is non existent and when you do get to talk with someone, promises are not kept. Stay away!

At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.

Most of the installation went well except for a quartz counter seam that was discolorated and appeared to be from a different shade # and skew than the rest of the quartz we had paid for. Most concerning was the discoluration seam was highly noticeable and was located right in front of the counter island stool area. When i asked Jeffrey why he had ordered a different slab shade he denied it was a different. I took a photo of the shade number beneah the slab and sent it to him, but he did nothing to remedy this issue. In addition at the beginning, i asked Jeffrey to book match the quartz installation, but he did not install it book matched. We paid good money for the workmanship but. Ultimately we were cheated out of proper quartz materials we had purchased from both Trinity and Better Marble. Think twice before you decide to use these companies.

Threw all in a big heap, left large furniture and didn't place it as stated in contract. Left big mattress and base leaning against wall, not laid down in corner as I requested. Kept asking me $100 tip. Left at midnight without telling me. Huge language barrier. Am filing complaint asking for refund due to damages and severe mental and emotional stress. Do NOT HIRE these movers OR United Express out of Florida. Movers hired by United Express, are out of NJ. Calls to A&S were never returned. United Express kept telling me that the truck would be there truck went to Georgia and all over. Ask up front WHEN you want delivery and they do charge extra!

Owner phones me to decide on a time to bring by the hardwood. Says my original contact is ill with the flu. Still no response from him. Later told he was dealing with a personal issue. Scheduled work was finally to begin. The person that showed up was the person I was told was not to be trusted. Things went from bad to worse. I had a family member that would be at the home while work was being done. The 3 workers had use of a 1/2 bathroom. They used my private bathroom which they had to enter a closed off bedroom door. They raided my garage fridge and drank all sodas. They left soda cans and food trash laying around. They went through my Halloween candy and ate it. After working an 8 hour day I most days came home to 2 trashed bathrooms, trash to pick up, and a home that reeked of cigarette smoke. My garage door and the door into my home would stay open as they smoked just at the garage door and the smoke carried into my home. One of the workers stole a Nintendo Switch Game Console. Criminal masterminds that they were used my Nintendo Account and changed the icon and name. Owner has ignored my request for reimbursement or to even answer my texts. I will be filing with the BBB and a police report. All in all they did a job. It is a decent job. It could be better. Some planks are not flush. Leaving uneven areas. I made them redo areas I found with dented and splintered corners. I would expect better workmanship when spending 16K on floors. Some days they worked 2 hours some days they worked 4. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. It should have taken 2 weeks tops. I would give negative stars if possible. They have been given time to make this right.
