Spend thousands each year at this store and have been a Dicks sporting goods store Gold member for years and have enough points to be a gold member for the whole upcoming year and today I used my LAST rewards certificate at this company as a whole and will now take my business 20 miles down the road to DUNHAMS SPORTS who not only has a bigger fishing gear selection they have just made it bigger and they also decided to keep their outdoors and kayak section. I recently purchased my first rifle from here and I have to say they were great. I told Chris right out of the gate I am new to rifles and he gave me a crash course in operation and takedown before I left with the shop. I felt very comfortable asking questions that more experience people may have thought were dumb. Several days after purchasing the weapon a very weird problem occurred with it. The latch pin that holds the dust cover closed shot out when I charged it. Just one of those weird, rare things that never happens, definitely not anything to do with the quality of the gun or anything like that. I stopped in and told Chris and he handed me a whole brand new dust cover with all the parts and offered to put it on for me without a problem. They have a nice selection for a smaller family owned shop with great prices. Definitely stop in if you're in the market for a gun, gear, or ammo. Thanks for reading.
