July 15, 2022 Let me…read moresay that I have been a customer of this business at least eight times over two years, so I believe I can set the record straight. Also, I am a gun enthusiast/owner and very knowledgeable on firearms and gun stores. I have also been to every gun store in the Harrisburg area many times. Guns Plus is one of the finest firearms businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You will not find nicer people to help you in your firearms endeavors. Now, keep in mind that one of the things I like most about this business is that they follow the rules and the law to the letter. With all of the federal and state restrictions on businesses like this, if they want to survive, this is what they have to do. The only downside to this is that it makes ignorant (of the law) customers unhappy. Folks, the ammo shortages are not the business owners fault! Take some time and actually talk to the people who work there. You will get a good understanding of what actually is taking place in the firearms and ammunition world. Also, they will do background checks on you. This is the law! I have been in there when it takes over six hours to get a background check done and this is not their fault. This is because of the extremely antiquated and ancient Pennsylvania State police background check system. Today I was in there to purchase a firearm and was approved in 15 minutes. Hint: They have a room there specifically dedicated to the Henry line of firearms. It is absolutely amazing! Trust me when I say that their prices are "below" the prices that you will find anywhere else. I like their business concept which is they would rather have many return customers than overcharging one time buyers. If you have any interest in firearms or ammunition, this is the place to go!
