She was very friendly, kind and professional. I'm sorry I can't say anything good about the company I feel like I have been robbed. They definitely need to make some changes in their policy or at least notify the customer when they plan on stealing money from them, this is how my money was stolen. I rented a unit for two months paid a half price for it. Everything was removed from the storage unit by the 30th of the month since this was Easter weekend the movers neglected to return the key on time but it was verified that the storage unit was empty on that last weekend in April so to make a long story short was sent a bill for $190 because the Policy for public storages if the key isn't returned on time and you're one day late, you have to pay for the entire month, which is totally ridiculous to be totally fair even to prorate it because of a key that got left behind would be acceptable. and to top it all off I was told when I initially rented the unit that I wasn't required to have renters insurance but that they offered it for $15 a month and I could accept it or not well I didn't want the renters insurance then I got a message that if I didn't buy theirs, I would have to show proof that I had my own policy covering my items in storage, then I googled the insurance company to no surprise Public Storage owned the insurance company So they win no matter what. So I paid the extra $30 for their insurance which only covered me for earthquake, hurricane , fire, and flood, nothing covered for theft of course, this is free money for them to jack up their rental rates, because none of those things would happen. and by the way they charge you $20 for the key when you move in even though it must be returned , Just another way to jack up the price I consider these guys to be total crooks they have threatened me with collections & will screw up my credit if I don't pay the months rent for being one day late like I said, these guys are crooks don't use them, it's too late for me

Tiffany from a company that stages homes stops to say hello everyday. This group of people...this is how it should be working with other shops around you. Now, the people who own and run Suntree Viera Business Center. Brian, Kevin, the office staff. I cannot say enough how well we have been treated by all of them. From moving in, to them stopping by to say hello, checking in to see if we need anything. I wish I could express how happy we are to be in this location. I said to Kevin a few weeks ago how I would have liked to have set up our shop here two years ago (instead of where we were...one address down...stay away)... but then I wouldn't appreciate how good we have it now. Pricing... we more than doubled our space. Went from about 800 square feet to 2,000 square feet and the rent only went up a few hundred dollars from the craphole we were in. We looked all over the UCF area before we moved here, and nothing, I mean nothing came close to what we are getting for space and rent. This group of people is amazing to work with, wonderful to have a conversation with, and are just all around good people. We are very thankful to have moved into our shop here.

Today, I was left with an awful experience dealing with this storage owner. She had a vendetta…read moreagainst me from the start because of the pervious owner of a unit i bid on Monday morning. I was given u til Friday before 9am to have everything out of the storage unit; which I did.. I've never bid on a storage unit before and I I sure got an experience. Allow me to make sure you know what you're getting into if you are like me and are new to this. This facility gives you 72 hours. 72 hours. To move everything. Tuesday and Thursday the business is appointment only and closed. So, doesn't it seem far to not even count those days for the 72 hrs if the office is closed? Which, if I'm being honest, seems like no time at all to get all items out of the unit. Other places I've seen give 45 days, 75 days etc. I wasn't looking for that long maybe 5 days, the most. Not sure about anyone else, but I work m-f and 2 of those days are 11 hrs shifts. Also, I have a toddler. So, time management isn't on my side. However, I got everything out of the unit from the second floor. Big furniture and dressers, bed, etc. Now, some items couldn't fit in my sedan car to move it so I have to leave it next to the garage dumpster. I was bc told not to leave anything out of the dumpster. My plan was to go back with a sledgehammer and demolish the furniture to fit it in the dumpster. Unfortunately, when I returned to the dumpster after I got off work on Friday afternoon, the items were gone. Because of that, she kept my $200 cleaning deposit. I understand I didn't meet her 72 hrs deadline but seriously?? Stating she had to call and have someone break down the stuff that was outside. Why? I said I would do it. And, I'm working with limited time but I would do it. She did not care. No thanks given to this business owner for not being compassionate and supportive of your fellow community member. It's just unfortunate that in today's world we are all struggling with inflation and it is hard getting by with what you earn. She was cold and callus to a single mother and could care less. That's cool. You're running a business, and the bottom line is your dollar: now you've got $199 more. So, again thank you for showing me your true colors. When on the phone, she was super combative with me and wouldn't allow me to speak up for myself. Interrupting me at every moment. This is the type of individual you will be dealing with at this business. Next time, I know better.
