Ricardo was our server the first night- he was great- always approached our table with a huge smile and had a great energy. The second night we had Jairo and he was wonderful. There were several people working but one guy was the host, the bar tender, waiter and runner. He was pretty efficient but I'm not gonna lie, I watched him wipe his face several times without washing his hands. That sort of did it for me. Jinny's sandwich came out way before mine which wasn't a big deal as I know it typically takes awhile for a heavy pizza to bake. Not sure when I will learn, do not order deep dish pizza from a place that doesn't specialize in it. Just because you line a pan with crust does not mean it's deep dish. The sauce was ok but I would not order it again. It really was just a regular pizza with tall sides. Very underwhelming.

The second time, we went for lunch again, and brought the fish we had caught on an excursion that morning (snapper, trout, whiting, I think). They can prepare it in multiple ways and we chose to do half fried and half grilled. It was delicious! Note that whenever we have visited, it has been for lunch so I can't speak to the evening atmosphere, but during the day it's very laid back, and often mostly locals.
