I'm such a baby about all things medical and I ended up having a somewhat complicated birth resulting in an emergency C section but I felt so supported and safe the entire time because of these people. I also really enjoyed seeing midwife Hallie during my prenatal visits. There were one or two nurses during my stay that weren't awesome but most everyone I encountered was wonderful and took great care of me and baby.

The OB did not follow up about their mistake or show compassion about how that would impact a patient. Receptionists are not very welcoming, and most of the time can't schedule or reschedule appointments- you have to wait a day or two for your care team to facilitate this. In the final two weeks of a pregnancy it took more than a week to hear back from my OB. The C section process was described by two OBs that they would do skin to skin right away and could show me the baby being pulled out - but none of this happened. The baby was brought to me more than 5 minutes after, fully covered and we could not do skin to skin for at least 30 minutes after, when we were moved to another room (there were no complications). Their phone number is: 425.259.3122 I was referred by my doctor (by FAX) to the above facility for an endoscopy on October 1st, 2020. My doctor sent me a letter saying if they don't call you for an appointment, I have to get them to schedule one. Nobody called me, so after waiting for one week, I called them. Their tape says I have to wait ten business days for WESTERN WA MEDICAL GROUP to contact me to schedule an appointment. After ten business days, I called every day, left VMs, and nobody called me back. Lucky me, one day, I got them during their lunchtime and was able to talk to a live person from an answering service. She was very friendly and took care of me. After talking to her the next day, a scheduler coordinator called me to schedule my consultation visit w/a doctor. I asked her why it took over 14 business days to call me back. She said they are super swamped; they get 2,000 fax referrals per day (I don't believe it). My question was, why don't you hire more people to help you? She said they are in the process of doing so. I requested to talk to her supervisor. The supervisor was not available and was supposed to call me back in 2 business days. It's two business WEEKS, and nobody called me back. How come they are still in the business is beyond me? Meanwhile, I called different gastroenterologists, talked to a live person (not a tape) got an appointment! My new GI doctor has over 100 reviews w/five stars. Western WA Medical Group doctors have three reviews of 1 star and one review of 4 stars. Unbelievable! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HEALTH!

I'm b here over 25 days and Finally got a fresh fruit which btw my family brought me. my family has b been bringing me protein drinks bc they only have one brand. Their menu is repeated over and over and today i finally got a meat at breakfast and NO im not on special diet. My father visited the Providence Everett ER on 2/19/26 and 2/20/26. Both visits left A LOT to be…read moredesired. During the 2/19/26 visit, no one even bothered to enter the visit into MyChart. I had no idea what was going on. Your Emergency Room goes out of its way NOT to talk to patient families. I am my father's Power of Attorney because of his severe dementia. On 2/19/26, I called three times to speak to a member of my dad's care team. I FINALLY got to speak to someone and found out Dad had already been discharged back to memory care. Why isn't your Emergency Department involving the POA in the patient's care? On 2/20/26 my father returned to the ER because his wound was bleeding way too much, he was not himself, strong personality changes, pain in ribs and profound facial swelling. I called the Emergency Department and on the third try finally spoke to someone who said they would add a note to Dad's chart to call me. No one ever called and I did see the note to call me in MyChart. As I mentioned, I am Dad's Power of Attorney and his dementia prevents him from being able to articulate what is wrong. I live in North Carolina. If I could be at his bedside, I would be. Another two hours passed and nothing. After my 7th call, I finally speak to a guy at the nursing desk who tells me my Dad's nurse "has her hands really full right now" and could he take my number. I gave him my name and number and told him that as Dad's Power of Attorney I needed to speak to his care team to explain why he was brought back and what we hoped would come of the visit. I told the guy helping the nurse that Dad had such a personality change in 12 hours and an oozing head wound that it was worth further investigation. The nurse at my Dad's memory care facility believed he had a concussion. Dad's aide believed he had a concussion. After I spoke with them about changes in Dad's behavior, as I too was thinking he could have a concussion. Not one nurse or doctor ever took the time to call me to discuss my father or why we wanted him looked at again. I checked MyChart and not a single test was run on my father on 2/20/26, the reason staff wrote that Dad was brought to the ER was incorrect. Basically, my father sat there, no testing was done, and he was returned to memory care without a single person at Providence contacting me about my father TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!! It seems illegal that the Power of Attorney is not contacted when care is administered to a person that has no idea why he is there. On a personal level, I am also my father's daughter. Is it the policy of Providence to keep family out of the loop when caring for patients? My father's memory care facility called me to tell me my dad was released and was being transported back to his room at memory care. SO, obviously the phones at Providence DO work if they can call the memory care facility but not the daughter/POA. I can't articulate how angry I am that I was excluded from my father's care. Memory care informed me that the ER removed the staples in Dad's head (he fell on 2/13/26) that the ER told him on 2/19/26 weren't ready to be removed yet. Information about the readiness for Dad's staples to be removed was in the After Visit Summary from 2/19/26. This tells me your nurses and physicians do not read chart notes. To conclude, my father was brought back on 2/20/26 for concerns he might have a concussion, but staff wrote down that the visit was about a bandage and removed staples that were not ready to come out and never spoke to me. Your facility told more to Dad's memory care facility than I ever heard. Staff never contacted me during either visit. I intend to escalate this complaint.

However, we got the billing information shown below... the "Treatment/Observation room" add-on charge was outrageous. I only went to the screening after getting a letter from the Breast Cancer Screen department of Providence telling me I needed to come in. My appt was on 10/20/2025 where I only sat down for a half hour with a nurse (not even a doctor) and gave the cancer history for members of my family... just to have the nurse tell me something I already knew... that there was risk of me getting cancer. The Professional Fees Of $422.00 for the nurse was acceptable.... but the additional charge for "Treatment or Observation Room" of $562 is crazy and a scam to make money. When I see a doctor (not a nurse) I do not get charged for the room.

Visited this location for pre-employment medical services. Not my first choice. Concentra locations…read morestay busy no matter the time or day. I arrived at 0800 to find a line waiting to be checked in, took about 20 mins for the wait time just to check in. Once all that was completed, I had to wait in the lobby until 9am when I was finally called back. By this time the lobby was full and people were having to wait outside. Was sent back to lobby by physician to check out and wait on my paperwork at 940am By the time I left the facility it was already 945am. Took almost 2 hours to get two things completed: urine drug screen and physical. While the ladies checking people in were doing their best the keep up, it appear as though the bottleneck was in the back. Everyone was really nice and very apologetic about the situation as they attempted to deescalate issues with the waiting time. Personally when it comes time to getting these preemployment services done, my expectations remain low.

I made a request for a disability accommodation to allow me to actually successfully complete the sleep study. I was told it was against the rules due to covid, which is understandable. I informed them though that I would likely be unable to complete the study without the accommodation, and asked if there was anything that could be done that respected my needs and all of our health. They asked to call me back. They called me back and said the supervisor had said it was "like candy at the movie theater" and that people broke the rule all the time and got away with it. That they wouldn't grant my request but that if I broke the rule I would likely get away with it. This is ableism. Rather than accommodate me officially, this office hoped to shift liability and responsibility on to my shoulders. In this they also revealed they do not particularly care or invest effort in enforcement of rules they insist are necessary due to COVID. They are in effect willing to allow people who do not need an accommodation to potentially increase chances of covid transmission, but not accommodate a disabled patient. This is shameful and important information both to patients seeking care right now without accommodation (they are willing to risk your health and are not following their own covid policies) and to those who need accommodations (they may not accommodate you).
