Parking is good. Market of Choice and the falafel place are the best places in this shopping center, in my opinion.

I got upset because I knew it was wrong. She told me to calm down or she wouldn't fill my prescription. She wanted to know " WHY" I needed this medication, what happened to me and how and so on. This pharmacy has never been a good place to go safely. I've been talked down to and embarrassed. This is the second time I've had issues at this pharmacy. Had a different one been open ( it was weekend) I would have never gone back. Rite Aid knows about this. Doesn't seem to care.

I had two prescriptions sent over by my doctor yesterday, early afternoon, to address a severe and debilitating illness. As of today, those prescriptions are still not ready. I understand that it might take them three or four hours to count to 30 but taking multiple days to do so is unreasonable. No one ever knows what's going on. The pharmacists are rude and dismissive. You can stand at the counter for 5 minutes, staff will look at you, but no one will acknowledge you. Maybe they're understaffed because they have to pay for a store location that is five times larger than it needs to be. The store itself enormous. They are 500 feet from an Albertsons, but they have aisles of groceries and personal products that are more expensive then actually going to the grocery store for groceries. The saddest part is that these aisles are mostly empty (except for the liquor coolers at the back). Other aisles are completely empty year-round. Whatever corporate buffoon made the decision to stand up the behemoth drugstore to try and compete with a grocery store while understaffing the PHARMACY (remember this is supposed to be a drug store) should be terminated immediately for gross incompetence.

There seem to be pieces of furniture for sale as you walk in, although I didn't check for price tags. There are shoes, there are children's books of all sorts, there are interesting tchochkes like a cast iron bathtub-shaped soap dish. We were intrigued by a mobile of the planetary system but weren't sure it was accurate, although, looking it up, it was. The store has been open 2 months and the young woman who spoke w/ us was very friendly and sweet. I found the longer I was in the store the better I liked it and I'm sure I will revisit it when I am in town.

Not a burp or a hiccup, she belched with force about 3 feet from my friend as she handed back my friends card. To add to the lack of customer service/personal awareness she proceeded to laugh and smile and say she had a soda. The other coworker was also laughing. Neither apologized they actually laughed. I have worked downtown for almost 8 years in two reputable stores, I cannot imagine being so disgusting and not sincerely apologizing and fixing the situation to keep a local customer. trashy.
