The electrician that arrived was super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me the issue, brought the new breaker switch and installed it in 15 mins. I subtracted a star because I felt like the price was more than what other companies were quoting me. But that was completely worth it since they arrived so quickly. So if you need a job done quickly or have an electrical emergency, Remedy Electric can definitely help. Just know that you will have to pay a little extra, but that was well worth it for us.

Charged $4800 to clean out our septic and leech field. Same problem two weeks later. Came out and refused to warranty anything and even blamed it on the rain. Didn't do it during the heat wave, so rain is not it. They were rude and refused to even further discuss it. Just drove off. Highly rude and unprofessional. I tried to communicate. The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".

Not only was he professional, friendly and great to talk to.. he also did the job efficiently and perfectly! We were so happy to have the ceiling fan installed. We even asked him questions related to our GFCI outlets and a power surge thing that was left by the previous owners. We also asked him for recommendations related to generators. He gave us great advice. Shortly after, Renee messaged me saying that Dave could come by that same day to check out what we needed for the generator.
