This carried over when he helped me and when he helped the person behind me. Management should be very impressed at how well Theo represents gate! I don't think I have had this high level of customer service in a while and I would be remiss if I did not do a shout out to commend the enthusiasm that Theo displays at making people feel comfortable welcomed and as if they are the most important guest. The location of this store is in front of Gate Headquarters, so it has no choice but to be top notch. The store has all your convenience store essentials like blunt wrappers, malt liquor, condoms, lottery tickets, etc. They also sell gasoline; the price is in line with the other stores around. So if you looking at being intoxicated, fueling up your car, or just need a can of gas for other reasons then Gate is for you. Seriously the store has been remodeled in recent years and it stays pretty clean and the crew is always friendly.

No toilet paper in either stall holders, thank goodness for the lesson from Germany to always carry napkins! Went to the counter no one comes to assist me, look out the window and the cashier is standing outside talking. She comes in and I tell her about the need for toilet paper in the restrooms, she must have been speaking to her supervisor because she asked where it was located. Went to pump my gas and there was a problem with the pump, so I went back inside and this young lady BACK outside taking a smoke break! Another employee was coming on shift and didn't even acknowledge me, because she wasn't on the clock yet I suppose, but she didn't say anything to the girl outside either. When she comes back inside she has to count her register! I got fed up and went to pay at the pump, which I don't like to do! Need a new team or re-training!

This Shell gas station is just off of Interstate 95 add next to the Prominence industrial area…read morewhich houses Southeastern Grocers (their best known supermarket is Winn-Dixie). It is also across the street from Adamec Harley-Davidson. This Shell is competitively priced and the inside has the usual convenience store items though the clerk working deemed finishing her task far more important than dealing with the three people waiting in line. It was not a huge delay, but to be ignored without even an explanation for a few minutes was not the best way to offer customer service, at least in my opinion. The gas station is kind of small and the driveway is a little bit tight. However, the convenience that it offers from the Interstate 95 exit ramp makes it an attractive choice for gasoline. There is a KFC across the street if you want to combine this gas stop with a food run, as well. I guess over wall I cannot allow 1 small floor to diminish the value od the be overall experience of this gas station.
