Hello Carbon Colors staff, My name is DONALD BELAND…read moreand I am 71 years old, and this is the first time I have ever written a review about a business. I was recently promoted to Chairman of all fundraising activities for the Dracut American Legion, and being new to the process, I was fearful I would screw things up, which would hurt the Legion's opportunity to help veterans of Dracut, and surrounding communities. I turned to Carbon Colors, and it was the best move of all. Ann and her staff greeted me with open arms, and their first question was what were my highest expectations. They listened to what I needed, then courteously offered their suggestions. I could tell right away that they are professionals. All the staff help each other, and their main goal is to produce a product that the customer is more than pleased with. Through your efforts, the Dracut Legion can continue to HELP several needy organizations in the Dracut community. Dracut is lucky to have you, and I wish you continued success in both of your businesses. Ann and her staff are phenomenal. It is a pleasure doing business with you, and there is no other place I would go. Thank you, Don Beland Lowell MA

From what I saw, they did an amazing job: staff were there to help, keep everything running well, and be inconspicuous when they're not needed. The parking lot wasn't very big, but there was a sign with directions to another lot that I didn't need. My friend who died had a lot of friends and the line went down the street so I'm not sure any parking lot would have been big enough. And it all worked out. While I hope to never lose another friend, it's going to happen. And if I happen to go back to Conte, I'll smile thinking good things about my late friend and the job that they did from my limited perspective as a mourner.

Since it was my first business, I had never made cards before and didn't know what to expect... Overall I liked my cards he designed and they were delivered when he said they would be, but - Since then I have ordered other cards from other businesses. I was WAY over charged. I don't know if it was because I was young and he knew I didn't know any better, or if his prices are just that much higher. My second complaint was the cards. They came in two boxes. They were delivered at the same time and kept in the same office in a dry spot. For whatever reason on the second box, almost 3/4 of the cards stuck together on one end. When I pulled them apart it would leave a white spot down the edge. It looked awful and unprofessional, but I had paid so much money for them, I couldn't throw them away. I am in the middle about this place. He was nice and easy to work with, but I think they are super expensive and the final product was sub-par. I have bought my business cards else where since.
