They have different casket samples and urns on display in their office for people to look out. But the part that made going to this service so much easier for us...they have a children's room. There are toys, books and even a table for them to sit at if they want a snack. I have never seen a funeral home with a designated play area for children.

Our friends at Dumont Sullivan delivered on every commitment they made to my family years ago. Leo Dumont and his staff were terrific! They handled every detail beautifully. They were kind, caring, professional, thoughtful, conscientious and patient ... a real pleasure to work with during this most difficult time in our lives. We have several family members currently residing in this cemetery with at least one more plot…read morewaiting for it's occupant. Kind of morbid perhaps, but that is the way of life isn't it. The cemetery was named in 1895, but has been operating before that time. Maintained by the city of Nashua, the cemetery is open to all faiths with perpetual lawn care plus annual garden plantings. A mausoleum is on site. Our graveside services were delayed as some of the guests did not arrive at the appointed time. The staff, standing by to complete the burial, were extremely patient with our group and allowed us time to gather after the graveside services without a word even though we were definitely holding them up! The grounds are quite lovely with many mature trees and some families have left personal mementos grave side including balloons, toys and flags.

I left messages twice ,and spoke to Donna Pratt twice. In my messages and in talking to her ,I indicated t hat I needed information and due to their limited hours , it would be easier for her to email the information to me. In our first conversation ,she promised the information to be sent by Monday11/9/2020, when it had not arrived by the end of that week ,I called again . Donna then promised me the information would be sent by Monday 11/16/2020. It is now 11/20/2020 and I Still have not received said information !!! I will be calling her YET again today and leaving a message ,since the office is closed on Fridays. If it were not for my mothers express wishes , I would be looking elsewhere . I will say that I have driven by the cemetery numerous times ,and it looks like a lovely, well maintained place to lay your loved ones to rest .However ,the customer service is awful !!
