Over the last few months, we had had a problem with our power steering pump blowing the hoses. I took it to Jimmy. Rather than just say I need a new pump, he took it all apart, flushed the entire system and replaced the hoses. This was great because it was just before Christmas and by him doing this, he saved us hundreds of dollars. The downside is that this fix only lasted about 2-months and the hoses blew again. Again, I took it to Jimmy who found a new pump for me on Saturday and installed it on Monday. He also discovered that my serpentine belt was going bad so he replaced it as well. Although I told him not to, he literally cut the labor charge in half as he felt he didn't fix it right the first time. I told him that he saved me from having to dump the money in before Christmas which was more important to me. Anyway, total bill for parts and labor-$210. I will not go anywhere else.

However, we use the Love's app while traveling with our pets so we know which stores have pet areas. This pet area was less than a desirable stop. The pet area is fenced but the fence gates are all broken. There are no bags on either side and it shows. It was such a mess we couldn't leave our pet off leash for fear of stepping in poop. We chose to walk around outside of the fenced area. It's evident that others have as well. We carry our own bags so the bags aren't an issue for us but if they are there they will get used more then not.
