Its like having your very experienced loving Grandad as your mechanic. The peace of mind knowing your not getting ripped off with a mechanic is priceless. His work is always top notch, he always explains any repairs your car needs clearly and he never takes long. Repairs are usually done same day, or next day. Please dont go by the low ratings, those are usually for the car wash or the budget rentals, which are totally seperate from the mechanic side.

Just came across this gas station had hand car wash. I checked had good reviews and only one car ahead of me. I checked in dropped my car, the owner said you can go and get some breakfast or coffee as it takes time to get the job done. I walked around to breakfast place and spent about 40 min and came back the car was still going through cleaning. After 20 min it was ready, to my surprise, the car was really squicky clean and for few days people who sat in my car commented that where did you get this cleaned from. I have seen to places with the same services but this is different, it's the proper way to clean and the people who are working are really sincere doing their job.

Highway patrol required us to be towed us to an abandoned Sears parking lot (at OUR EXPENSE $500.00!) in a very sketchy area. Uhaul didnt even return our calls. The only help we had, was from Rob at CES. He got us towed to his lot and advocated for us to get a new truck, transfer of contents & a place to sleep. Uhaul was totally unbothered about us being stranded with 2 kids a cat a dog & a hamster with a truck containing all of our possessions thousands of miles from our destination. Without Rob and CES we would still be sitting in that lot. I am forever grateful to CES. I strongly recommend this business.

The work that was performed by the "service tech" was out right terrible. Still had a leak from the areas that were replaced. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer and of course the price was outrageous. They showed me what was done incorrectly. i spent more money that I should've but I had to get it done. My thing is if you're "service techs "are not familiar with a certain vehicle and aren't at a mechanics level yet. They shouldn't service a vehicle that has issues that are above there "service tech" status. This is the only way I can vent my frustration is through the media that's social. i can respect the "senior mechanic " who told me he doesn't work on certain vehicles.
