I was starving and thought about a protein bar or a small bag of Goldfish, but stuff was priced like a NYC bodega... in Nevada, MO. -Selection wasn't as good as some gas stations, even compared to the Casey's down the road -Loads of trucks coming in through a small road creates a bit of a logjam. I'm down this way often so I'll probably skip this one next time around, but it's OK overall.

A lot of the amenities are gone You have the soup bar but they don't cook it on the weekends. Full dinners are gone Bathrooms touch and go sometimes they're clean sometimes or not. Nice thing you can usually find parking in here because it doesn't quite fill up although there is a Freddy's now directly within walking distance behind the parking lot which is nice. Used to be a good barbecue restaurant now if you like it try it and see I'm not a fan of it anymore. Other than that like any other pilot it's got a few showers it's a smaller pilot I always has been but it's nothing to really anticipate staying for as far as hanging out in. It really would be two and a half stars but the employees are trying to do with what they have so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt of the three.

Regardless, if she's got an air present or not, I worked in customer service 3540 years almost and let me tell you something that is the most disrespectful thing you can do I've never worked somewhere where it was OK to be on your phone during work hours it was always on your break when you go to clock, because regardless, with it being an air peace, she still talking to people on the phone not her customers others have noticed should I rude anybody who is not family of her close friend I am not the only one who's at issues with her I've met more than 29 people in this town have a severe issue with her because she's so rude I'll care for while. Maybe it's time to look at customer service instead of if she gets things done or not because your customers are the reason you're in business

However, the quality of the clerks has declined over the…read moreyears to the point that now they have a young man of very limited intelligence who wears a stupid hat all the time, never greets the customer, never says thank you, and rings up purchases as he feels like, without waiting for customer input then when the customer corrects him, he protests that he wasn't told. Twice I've wanted cash back and he's rung me up as credit (even though the second time I was in the process of telling him debit), then when told I hadn't wanted it rung up that way, had wanted cash, both times, he told me to spend more money and then he could give me cash back. So he doesn't know how to void a purchase, obviously, but his attitude that it's the customer's fault, to the point of arguing, has made me decide never to go back, despite their cheap soda refills. I started going there because of good customer service, but that dim child put an end to that.

They are open 24 hours a day, with specials posted on their website. This particular location is very clean, inside (even the restrooms) and out. We found everything we needed, and more, and left fully stocked for a long drive.

I asked to order be a case of Starr chewing tobacco and I would pick it up on Sunday 8/6/23. She said she would order a case of tobacco and have it Sunday. When I stopped by Sunday and asked for the Starr chewing tobacco, I was told by a guy called "MO" that he had sold the last box (Starr is normally comes with two packs in a box) to a woman earlier that afternoon and there was no more in the store. When I asked if she purchased a whole case, he said she had purchased a whole case and there was no more Starr chewing tobacco in the store and then chose to ignore me. I ordered a whole case of Starr chewing tobacco that the normally do stock in the store that was to arrive Friday afternoon and was purchased 2 1/2 days later on Sunday, the last box had been sold. Either they never ordered the Starr chewing tobacco, or the vendor was not able to deliver the tobacco, or the guy named 'MO' was not telling the truth. The main card reader wasn't working for my purchase so she had me use a second one so I rang myself up. It was asking how I wanted my receipt but I didn't care. Transaction wasn't going through until she pushed a button to print my receipt. She's angerly saying out loud what did you do.? She realized that it was waiting for her. She didn't say sorry, thank you or anything. I will not go back there again. 07/06/23
