They have so many beers stocked in the walk-in cooler, and they have them organized so you can see and access them easily. They have a variety of wine and liquors even though the building is small. They also have a drive-through which is very handy at times! They even have a humidor in the building for all your cigar and tobacco needs. I love the smell!

My husband is a weekly regular and is picky as hell, but he always finds something to appease his tastes. Pricing, considering the high quality product offered, is very good. The liquor area has a fair selection of beverages at competitive prices. Bulk candy is readily available at very cheap prices. Mikey, the Head Cigar Guy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually browse the liquor and candy aisles while hubby is deciding. The other staff is also friendly - not in-your-face, jumping up and down type of friendly - but approachable and helpful. As I was leaving, I asked to purchase a pack of cigarettes and was told, "We do not sell cigarettes." This confused me, since they have a smoke shop and sell other tobacco products. The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.

I walked in and was immediately distracted by all the fun novelty stuff, as well as how clean and organized the store was. I wandered over to the piercing counter and was promptly helped. I always get the same jewelry so I can't speak to how great the selection is, but they had exactly what I wanted and for cheaper than usual. Since my piercing had been out for a while, the girl at the counter recommended that I have the piercer insert it for me, so I roamed around and tried to talk myself out of buying yet another purse with skulls on it while I wait. A few minutes later, I was called back to the piercing room which was clean and everything the piercer did was hygienic. I was in, out and on my way in just a few minutes. Was everyone so friendly that they wanted to stick around and chat? No, but they were as helpful as I needed them to be and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing or a unique gift.

I pick a day a time for pick up. They text and email me when my order is ready. I respond with I'm on my way. When I arrive I pull in one of the designated parking spots, call them and out they come with my groceries. The best service ever. Order are always correct and the staff is always professional and friendly. before this store started the service I used the service at Walmart on Grand. They were Excellent as well. I now use the W Sunshine store because it's a 5 minute drive vs a 7 minute drive and easier to get in and out of the pick up area.
